教學目標
Knowledge objectives:
1) Get the students to memorize and classify some emotional expressions and use them in the speaking properly:
excited, happy, afraid, trembling, sweating,frightened, anxious, nervous, panic
2) Get the students to imitate reading the sentences in the clear pronunciation (語音)and natural intonation(語調).
Ability objectives:
1) Develop the students’ listening skills of predicting , getting some detailed information .
2) Develop the students’ speaking ability: using the emotional expressions they have learned properly .
3) Develop the students’ abilities of evaluating the classmates’ oral English in the speaking according to the given criteria table.
Moral objectives:
1) Develop the students’ ability of cooperation.
2) Upright the students’ attitudes to face the natural disasters.
2學情分析
They are students of Senior Grade 2, who have learned about the work of volcanologists in the previous passage. They have learned many words and expressions about the topic, and the main tasks in this period are listening and speaking. The students should be given more chances to use the language in class.
3重點難點
1) Grasp some emotional expressions in the listening, memorize and classify them, then use them in the speaking properly
