活動1【導入】
Step 1 Warming up
1. Greetings.
2. I say you do. For example ,“climb mountains ,fly kites , make a snowman, go swimming, go fishing, go for a walk, play sports”
(設計意圖:通過“我說你做”復習以前學過的動詞詞組,不僅起到了溫故而知新的作用,還調動了學生的學習積極性,同時讓學生本節課中描述在各季節所做的事情有詞可用,有話可說。)
3. Play a guessing game . Which season is it? Put some pictures on the screen, cover a part of them, then make students guess which season it is.
活動2【講授】講授 練習 作業
Step 2 Presetation.
1. Make a situation.
T: How many seasons are there in a year?
S: Four.
T: What are they?
S: They are spring, summer, autumn and winter.
T: Which season do you like best?
S: …
T: Can you guess which season does Miss Jiang like best?
S: …
Then teach the words: summer vacation.
2. Ask the students to draw their favourite season .Invite four students to come to the board and draw it. Then I can say : All of you draw a beautiful picture for Miss Jiang. And our friend Amy takes a pretty picture for her teacher, too. Do you want to watch it? Let’s watch and listen.
3. Listen and read the dialogue after the teacher, then understand the meaning of the dialogue.
4. Read the dialogue by themselves, then read in roles .
(設計意圖:通過預設情境來突破了本節課的重點句型“Which season do you like best?”“I like ...best.”“Why?”“Because...”等,為在為課文的引出掃清語言障礙;閱讀后讓學生分角色朗讀和表演輸出了語言知識,可以有效的提高學生的語言表達能力。)
Step 3 Practice
1. According to the dialogue, fill in the blanks.
Amy: Hello , Miss White .Look at my ______.
Miss White: Good job! I like the trees.The colours are very ______!
Amy:Yes, I like ______best . The weather is ______ and the colours are beautiful! Which ______do you like______?
Miss White:Summer.
Amy: ______?
Miss White: Because I like summer vacation!
2. Pair work.Use the sentence patterns “Which season do you like best?”“I like ...best.”“Why?”“Because...”to make a dialogue ,then come to the board and act the dialogue with their partner.
3. The teacher and the students assess the dialogue and find the advantages and the disadvantages.
(設計意圖:本環節是鞏固練習部分,從簡單朗讀到對話練習,這樣設計讓所有的學生都可以找到自己的角色,同時編對話也可以培養學生的團結合作和使用語言交流的能力。)
Step 4 Extension
Show some pictures about the four seasons which express the true beauty.
Step 5 Homework
1. Listen and read the dialogue for twice.
2. Take their pictures about the seasons to the class and describe them in class next time.
