教學設計
一、教材分析
“You can play football well”是《新標準英語》三年級起點第五冊第六模塊第一單元。本模塊要讓學生了解和學習有關評價，肯定和鼓勵的表達法，是對以前學過的關于能力的相關知識的拓展和延伸。本單元通過Lingling加入足球隊一事，讓學生學會簡單的自我評價和肯定與鼓勵他人，進一步學會表達“can„well”句型。另外，在本課學習并運用幾個新的動詞短語，pass the ball, catch the ball. 二、學情分析
本課的教學對象是五年級學生，經過兩年多的英語學習，他們已經掌握了一定的語言基礎知識，知道can、can’t、play basketball、play football、run fast、jump high等單詞及短語的表達；具備了一定的聽、說、讀、寫和語言運用能力，如能運用Can you „? Yes, I can. / No, I can’t.來詢問和表達能力；有興趣繼續聽說和學習英語。因此，在教學中應從學生的已有知識、能力和興趣出發，充分運用各種教學手段，盡可能創設真實、有趣的語言情境，吸引和組織他們積極參與，使他們在參與、體驗、合作與交流中，自然地習得語言，發展技能，從而提高實際語言運用能力。 三、教學目標
（一）知識目標
1、能聽懂、會說并認讀下列單詞：well、team、really、good at、catch、goalkeeper、think、fantastic、fan.并會運用well、think、fan.
2、能聽懂、會說并認讀下列句子：Can you run fast? Yes, I can. / No, I can’t. You can play football well.
（二）能力目標
1.能運用“can„well”句型評價自己和他人。 2.能夠用自己的語言復述課文。
3.能夠模仿課文與同桌編一段要參加社團的對話。 （三）情感目標
1、 培養學生將學到的知識運用到真實生活中的能力，提高學生自我評價和欣賞別人的能力。
2、 激發學生學習英語的興趣，培養學生與他人合作交流的能力。 四、教學要點分析
（一）教學重點
1、能認讀詞匯：well, team, really, good at, catch, goalkeeper, think, fantastic, fan.
2、 能運用“can„well”句型來評價自己和他人。 （二）教學難點
結合實際在真實的語境中運用“can„well”句型來評價自己和他人的表現。
（三 ）教學策略 1. 本課主要運用建構主義的方法來學習新單詞，充分激活和調動學生已有的英語學習經驗、體驗和知識，在教師的引導下，發揮已有的英語學習的經驗、體驗和知識在學習英語生詞時的正遷移作用。
2.通過師生交流，同桌互助，自讀自學等方式來學習課文。 五、教學準備
多媒體課件、教學光盤、單詞卡片、足球等。 六、教學過程
Step 1 Warm-up and lead-in
1.T: Today we are going to learn M6 You can play football well. (Read the title together)
Look at this picture, what do you know or what do you want to know from this picture?
Ss: What are they talking about?
Can they play football well? Where are they? 鼓勵學生提問并解決問題。不能回答的問題留在聽讀課文后解決。 2. Listen to the tape, find the answer to these questions. 3. 學習tea-teach-team
出示四幅圖分別為：a football team a basketball team
a badminton team a ping-pong team
師引導學生說： I want to be in _________.
過渡：What team does Lingling want to be in? Please read the passage and find the answer. Let’s listen to the tape and find the answer.
Step 2 Learn the new text.
第一層：分段聽，理解課文，處理難點
1、T: Lingling wants to be in a football team, but what can Lingling do in a football team? Listen and answer the questions. Can Lingling run fast?
Can Lingling pass the ball well?
Listen to the paragraph one, and find what Lingling can’t do. 回答以上兩個問題并轉向學生。
Can you run fast? Can you pass the ball well? 請學生示范pass the ball, 并對其進行評價。
2、Listen to paragraph two, and find what Lingling can do. a. Listen and find the answers. b. Explain the important points. jump really high （做小活動，讓學生體會并學習這個詞組） be good at catch goalkeeper
3.Listen to paragraph three, and talk about it. fan I like Harry Porter. I’m Harry Porter fan. fantastic
第二層：細讀課文 用自己的語言復述 4、Learn to read the text well. (1) Listen and repeat. (2) Read by yourselves.
(3) Read in roles and act it out. 5.Try to retell the text.
(1) Look at the board design, retell the text with the teacher. （2）Practice by yourself
(3) Choose two or three to retell. Step 3 Extension
第三層 領悟語言 編對話運用
1. Look at the teams, and think which team you want to be in.
2. Make a conversation with your partner. 3.Act out your conversation. Step 4 Homework 1. Read the text.
2. Write down the conversations.
