教學設計
一、教學目標:
1. 能夠正確聽、說、朗讀“Which season do you like best?”“I like…best.”“Why?”“Because…”等詢問他人和表達自己季節喜好的交際用語。 2. 能夠正確聽、說、讀、寫單詞和短語,如good job, because等。
3. 能夠聽懂、會說、會表演Let’s talk的內容,并能夠把本課所學語言運用在真實場景中交流。
4. 能夠提高口語表達能力和語言組織能力。 二、教學重難點:
重點:1.能夠在實際語境中交流運用關于季節的問答句“Which season do you like best?”“I like…best.”“Why?”“Because…” 2.內化并表演Let’s talk的交際內容。
難點:學生能夠大膽創編和表演有關季節的問答的小對話。 三、教具準備:
磁帶、錄音機、多媒體課件、幻燈片、磁性粘扣、話筒。 四、教學步驟: StepI Warming up
1. Sing a song: “What’s your favourite season?” 2. Free talk.
Talk about the seasons.
(設計意圖:本環節旨在以歌曲的形式活躍課堂氛圍,其明快的活動節奏把學生調整到最佳學習狀態,以迎接新的學習任務。以Free talk的形式復習上一課時的內容,為新知的學習提供語言儲備。) StepII Lead in
T: Today we will have a school trip. We will go to the season parks. Would you like to go with me? Ss: Yes.
T: OK. Let’s go!
(設計意圖:設置情境進入本節課的學習,帶學生去season parks進行校游,讓學生覺得有一種神秘感,吸引學生的注意力,對所學內容充滿期待。) StepIII Presentation Pre-reading:
1. 1) Show the guessing game:
It’s hot. It’s sunny. We can go swimming in the river. Which season is it? Ss: Summer.
2) After the first guessing game, come into the summer park. Make an interview. The teacher gives an example to interview other students. Then have a group work. Each group chooses one reporter to interview other group members. (設計意圖:閱讀前,通過創設情境突破課文中的重點句型“Which season do you like best? ”“I like…best.”“Why?”“Because…”等,為課文的引出掃除語言障礙。)
2. 1)Show the second guessing game.
It’s warm. It’s windy and rainy. There are beautiful flowers everywhere. We can fly kites. Which season is it? Ss: Spring.
2) Finish the task in Let’s try. Listen and tick. Which is Zhang Peng’s picture? a. Look at the three pictures in the book. Which season is it? b. Listen to the tape and find out Which is Zhang Peng’s picture. c. Listen the second time and check the answer.
(設計意圖:還是通過Guessing Game來進入這一階段學習,完成課本上Let’s try部分聽力,進一步從聽的角度來識別和鞏固目標語言。) While-reading:
3. 1)Show the third guessing game.
It’s cool and cloudy. Leaves fall and fall. They’re yellow. We can go for a walk in the park. Which season is it? Ss: Autumn. 2) Learn Let’s talk.
a. Listen to Let’s talk the first time. Listen and judge. b. Listen to Let’s talk the second time. Answer the questions. Which season does Amy like best? Why? Which season does Miss White like best? Why?
(設計意圖:閱讀中,讓學生通過聽課文判斷對錯、回答問題來理解課文內容,練習用第三人稱來練習目標句型:“Which season does Miss White like best?”“She likes…best.” “Why does Miss White like best?” “Because she likes summer vacation.” Post-reading:
4. 1) Show the fourth guessing game.
It’s cold and windy. We can make a snowman. Ss: Winter.
2) Listen and imitate.
3) Read in roles. Work in pairs to role play the dialogue.
(設計意圖:閱讀后學生進行朗讀和模仿,進一步內化語言知識,完成一定的知識積累,能夠有效地提高學生的語言運用能力。) Step IV: Consolidation.
1. Challenge your memory. Fill in the blanks. 2. Work in pairs. Make a new dialogue. A:Hello, Look at my picture.
B: Good job! / How beautiful./ Wonderful…
A: Thank you. I like spring/…best. Because… Which season do you like best? B:I like…best. A: Why? B: Because…
(設計意圖:本環節為鞏固練習部分,從給學生“固定框架”到“無框架可依”,從簡單易行的題目到略有難度,設計具有梯度,各種層次的學生都能找到自己的角色,同時創編對話也能夠培養學生的創新精神和使用語言進行交流的能力。) 3. Enjoy a video: The changes of seasons.
(設計意圖:讓學生欣賞四季變化的視頻,感受季節變化的美景,激發學生熱愛大自然,熱愛生活,發自內心的表達自己對自然的愛。) StepV: Summing up& Homework
1. Let Students sum up What have your learned this class? 2. Homework:
1) You must (必做):Listen and imitate the dialogue twice. 2) If you can(選做):Make a survey. (調查表) (設計意圖:讓學生自己總結本節課所學知識,加強語言輸出;課后作業分為必做和選做,針對不同程度的學生設計不同的作業,讓所有學生都可以鞏固提高。)
