2) 閱讀短文,獲得相關的信息。通過閱讀練習,來提高閱讀能力。 2. 教學難點:
1) 閱讀短文,獲得相關的信息的能力。 2) 理解并運用所學的詞匯及表達方式。 3) 掌握一般過去時的被動語態的用法。
三、教學過程
Ⅰ. Greetings
1. Greet the whole class as usual. Ⅱ. Lead-in
Teacher: Tea is one of the most popular drinks in the world. Do you know it was

invented and how it was invented? Do you want to know more about tea? OK, let’s learn the passage in 3a to find out the answers. 1. Let’s watch a video first and answer the questions.
Q1. What is the video about? Chinese. Q2. What is the most famous tea? Longjing. Q3. What do most Chinese people like? Drinking tea.

Ⅲ. Fast Reading Work on 3a:
1. Tell Ss to read the passage quickly and match each paragraph with its main idea.
2. 方法指導:先閱讀所給的三句話,然后快速閱讀短文,抓住每一 段的主題句,找到答案。
3. 學生們,按老師指導的方法進行閱讀,并快速閱讀三個段落。 4. 最后,教師讓部分學生回答答案,并校對答案。 Para. 1 How tea was invented by accident Para. 2 Lu Yu and his book Cha Jing Para. 3 How tea spread to other countries

1. 告訴學生們再次閱讀短文內容,并回答3b中的所有問題。
2. 學生們先閱讀這些問題,理解它們的意思,然后帶著相關問題仔細回讀短文,并在短文的相關信息處劃線。

3. 讓學生們回答問題,并校對答案。 ① It was first drunk nearly 5, 000 years ago. ② It was invented by accident. ③ Lu Yu.
④ It’s about how tea plants were grown and used to make tea. ⑤ It is believed tea was brought to Korea and Japan during the 6th and 7th centuries. Tea didn’t appear until around 1660 in England. 4. 讓學生讀一下自己的答案,并改正答案。
V. Post Reading Group work
1. Listen to the tape of Para 1.
2. According to some key words to retell the Para 1. 3. Fill in the blanks according to the first paragraph.
