一、 教學目標
1. 通過大量的聽讀操練,掌握字母組合or在單詞中間的不同 發音,培養學生主動探索發音規律的意識。
2. 培養學生辨別相似發音的能力。
3. 著重培養學生聽的能力和對學習英語的興趣。
二、教學重難點
1. 通過大量的聽讀操練,掌握字母組合or在單詞中間的發音。 2. 培養學生主動探索發音規律的意識。 3. 激發學生學習音標知識的興趣。
4. 音標/ɔ:/和/ə:/的發音不容易區分,要幫助學生反復操練、區 別。
三、教具準備
1. 本課時教學所需單詞卡片。 2. 本課時教學所需的錄音。 3. 本課時所需的課件。
四、教學過程
Step 1: Warm-up
1. 打招呼。
T: Hello, boys and girls. Ss: Hello, Miss Lee.
T:I’m very happy to see you.
【設計思路】師生相互問好,為本課的學習創造溫馨的氛圍。
Step 2: Lead-in
1. 介紹新朋友。
T: Today we have a new friend. Who is he? Let’s have a look. T: He is... Ss: York.
T: Yes.Let’s say hello. Ss: Hello,York.
T: Do you want to make friends with him? Ss: Yes.
T: OK. Now Let’s play a game about York.
【設計思路】教師為學生介紹新朋友可以為學生創設交朋友的情景,使學生在
情景中學習英語。
2.對錯游戲
T: The rule is if you think it’s true, you say “Yeah, Yeah, Yeah”. If you think it’s not true you say “No, No, No”. Are you ready?
Ss: Yes. T: Go!
T: He is from New York. Ss: Yeah, Yeah. T: He is forty years old. Ss: No, No, No.
T: He is a boy, so he is just four. ......
【設計思路】通過關于York的對錯游戲,可以迅速的吸引學生的注意力。同時也為本課知識點的呈現做鋪墊。
Step 3: Presentation
1. 引出課題。
T: You all did a good job. Now look carefully, what are they? Ss: They are York, sports and horse.
T: Yes. Try again. Ss:...... T: Great!
T: Now discuss in pairs. How do you feel? What do you think is the same? S1:They all have or . S2: /ɔ:/.
T: Well done! Let’s have a look! T: Follow me./ɔ:/.
【設計思路】學生通過讀和觀察可以自己發現or的發音規律。教師在這里起
引導作用。 2.拼寫游戲。
T: Now boys and girls. Look at my finger. It’s magic. What is this? Ss:.....
T: So it’s a game. You can take your cards and play it in your groups. Are you ready?
T: What do you have? S1:Fork.
T: What about you? S2: Horse. ......
【設計思路】拼寫游戲可以檢測學生對or發音的理解,學生根據發音拼寫出
自己的單詞可以培養學生養成根據單詞讀音來拼寫單詞的習慣。
3.讀單詞。
T:I see that you have so many words. Of course some are not real. Maybe one day they will come true. Anyway I have some real words. See, what is this?
Ss: Horse.
T: And what’s this? Ss: Fork.
T: What about this one?
Ss:Pork.
T: Look! Who is he? Ss:York.
【設計思路】在上一環節學生掌握了or的發音規律的基礎上,讀單詞既起到
的練習 的目的又引出了本課的目標單詞。在出示York的單詞卡時也引出了下一張wor的發音講解。
4.說唱。
T: Yeah, He is our friend York. Here is something about York.Would you please read in pairs?
T:You two, please.
S1: York is four. He has a fork. He eats some pork, with the big fork. T: Now listen carefully.
T:This time let’s chant together.
【設計思路】說唱可以調動學生的興趣,跟著節拍讀英語,可以讓學生在韻律中達到學習的目的。此環節也是幫助學生發現wor發音規律的重要環節。
5.w后的or發音規律
T:York is very cute. Do you like York? Ss:Yes.
T:Me,too.Now listen what he does he say? T:Why he is very busy?Let’s have a look.
T:I read a word. I watch a worm. I play with Worf. I have so much work.Now look carefully. What do we have?
Ss: Word, worm, Worf, work.
T: I have a question. What’s the same? Please discuss in pairs. Let’s begin. T: What do you find? S1:They all have wor.
T:Great. How to pronounce wor?
S2:/ɜ:/.
T: You get it. Let’s chant together! Now let’s take our desks together. Who wants have a try?

【設計思路】教師在這個環節是個引導者,引導學生在反復的讀的過程中發現單詞的相似之處和發音規律。同桌討論可以培養學生的交流能力。
Step 4:Practice 1. 讀單詞
T:Let’s read some words.OK? T:What’s this? Who can read? S1:Homework. T:Together. T:What’s this? Ss:World map.

【設計思路】讀單詞環節是對本節課學過單詞的復習和拓展,既有本節課的目
標單詞,但又不局限,又根據學生的能力擴展了新的單詞。 2.說唱
T:So this time let’s listen and chant.Are you ready? Ss:Yes. T:Let’s go!
【設計思路】說唱是對本節課重難點單詞的再次練習和回顧。 3.單詞競賽
T:Boys and girls, you all did a good job.Now let’s make a competition.
T:This is a group work. Who answers fast and right will be the winner. The first word... The second word...
T:Now boys and girls, I have three sentences.First one, second one, and third.So it’s in your book. Can you listen and write?Who can try on the blackboard?Here is forks, and number two Yes or No. T:What about you? Are you right?You can check in pairs.
【設計思路】單詞競賽可以調動學生的積極性同時小組合作又培養了學生的團結協作能了。
4.York 的故事
T: Boys and girls, You can read very well and you can write very well.so I think it’s right time for us to read a story. Here is a story. York’s Horns. Now let’s enjoy. T: Do you want read the story? Let’s go back to the story and read together. T:Good job. You can read it after class.
【設計思路】繪本可以幫助學生理解單詞,也是對本課發音的復習。
Step 5: Homework
1.Read and write the new words and sentences in P40. 2.Play letter games with your friends. 3.Read York's story with emotion.
