教學目標
1、語言知識和語言技能目標:學生能夠聽、說、讀、寫已學過的動詞短語;能夠用一般現在時和現在進行時描述農場的日常生活;能按照go, do, play, have 四種動詞結構歸類所學的動詞短語。
2、學習策略目標:學生能通過自我歸納,梳理出一般現在時和現在進行時的動詞的規律以及兩種時態的句子結構。 2學情分析
六年級的學生思維方式由具體形象思維向抽象思維轉換,經過幾年的英語學習,學生有了一定的詞匯和語言基礎,也形成了一定的英語學習習慣和自學能力,也懂得一定的學習策略。 3重點難點
1、教學重點:按照go, do, play, have 四種動詞結構歸類所學的動詞短語;梳理歸納復習一般現在時和現在進行時的結構。 2、教學難點:一般現在時和現在進行時的靈活運用。 4教學過程 4.1第三學時 4.1.1教學活動
活動1【導入】Warm-up 1. Greetings.
2. Play a video and enjoy an English song.
【設計意圖】通過一首有關農場的英文歌視頻,創設輕松愉快的學習氛圍,把學生的注意力吸引到課堂上,為后面復習在農場里常常做的一些事情的相關的動詞短語做鋪墊。
活動2【導入】Review Review verb phrases.
學生根據圖片說出有關go, do, play, have 四種動詞結構的動詞短語,并比較觀察,并總結這四個動詞短語的正確用法。
T: Look at the pictures. Can you say the phrases according to the pictures?
【設計意圖】通過看圖片,猜短語。激發學生的有效思維,引導學生復習go, do, play, have 四種動詞結構的動詞短語。為下面的活動做好鋪墊。
活動3【講授】Presentation
教師呈現Mike在農場的圖片,教師由Mike和他的朋友們在農場里度過了一個愉快的假期,而導出一些圖片,并給出相應時態的句型結構,引導學生根據圖片用一般現在時及其現在進行進時來描述,讓學生整體感知兩種時態。 T: Look at this picture, who’s he? S: He’s Mike. T: Where’s Mike? S: He’s on the farm.
T: Yes, what does do he on the farm? He spends his holiday on the farm. He meets some new friends. Peter, Tom and Lily. They get together and have a good time. Do you know what they do on the farm? Let’s have a look. T:Look at the pictures. What does he do? He plays basketball everyday. What about next one?
T: I have some sentences for you. Let’s read it together. (I do my housework. Lily does the homework. Peter often goes fishing.)
T: They are the present tense. We can see some keys words like “often” “every day”. Why do we use “do” “does” in the different sentences?
總結:一般現在時,第三人稱單數加s或es go-goes have-has do-does play-plays 以同樣的方法復習現在進行時態。
總結:現在進行時,第三人稱單數用be動詞is,復數用are,動詞加ing go-going have-having do-doing play-playing
【設計意圖】通過PPT圖片展示及其黑板板書兩種時態的句子的比較來呈現兩種時態,吸引學生的注意力,讓學生整體感知兩種時態使用的情景,從而總結出兩種時態的規則,培養學生自主歸納的能力,從總體上幫助學生建構時態的概念。
活動4 Exercises Help Mike make a story.
Mike正在電腦上編輯故事,突然他的電腦出了問題,他的故事情節亂了,請學生幫助Mike整理故事。
T: In the evening, Mike is making a story on the computer. Mike: Oh, my god. No„ T: What’s happening, Mike?
Mike: There’s something wrong with my computer. T: Don’t worry. Mike We’ll help you.
T: Hey, children, let’s help Mike, OK? Please open your book, page 44.Please finish exercises 1
Now let’s look at exercises 2, these people are having fun on the farm. Write down three sentences about what they are doing.
【設計意圖】從詞到句的過渡。借助puzzle,學生圈出單詞,再根據圖片提示寫句子,淺層次的輸出兩種句型。
活動5【活動】Application
Make a new story. 學生根據教師給出的情景,編寫故事。 1、六人小組為單位,編寫故事
T: Now, it’s time for you to make your story.
Look at the screen. We have six different situations. Such as: situation 1: We usually help Grandma do housework on Saturdays. We should use the present tense. Situation 2: Today is Saturday. We’re helping Grandma doing housework now. We should use the present continues tense.
T: Now, please finish your storybook in groups of six. First, you talk about it. And then, you write down the sentences in your story. 2、小組上臺分享故事
【設計意圖】讓學生根據提供的情景辨別時態,再根據不同的時態,制作不同的故事。小組合作共同完成故事書,培養學生小組合作意識,促進學生間的相互學習。
