【設計思路】
本課是一節繪本拓展閱讀課,將本單元的重難點句型融入繪本進行鞏固、運用,并拓展學習繪本中的目標語言。繪本選自英國作家Lucy Cousins的Maisy系列,為了使繪本內容更加貼合Unit6的教學內容,執教者將兩個繪本進行融合改編,形成新的繪本故事。通過“Maisy goes to the farm.”和“Maisy goes camping.”兩條主線展開教學,讓學生在不同形式的活動中進一步復習英文數字及重點句型What time is it/What’s the time, please? It’s … (o’clock). It’s time to/for … ,提升語言運用能力;同時學習繪本中新的語言點,掌握繪本故事大意,并有興趣了解Maisy系列其他繪本。
【教學目標】
1. 學生能聽懂、會說、會讀、會寫數字1-12并且能聯系實際生活具體運用; 2. 學生能聽懂、會說、會讀繪本中的目標詞匯tent, feed, get up, go camping, go to the farm;
3. 學生能進一步熟練運用句型What time is it (, please)?/What’s the time(, please)? It’s...o’clock. It’s time to/for...;
4. 學生能掌握故事大意并且有興趣去了解Maisy系列的其他繪本; 5. 學生能體驗生活的精彩與趣味。
【教學重點】
1. 學生能聽懂、會說、會讀繪本中的目標詞匯tent, feed, get up,go camping, go to the farm;
2. 學生能進一步熟練運用句型What time is it(, please)?/What’s the time(, please)? It’s...o’clock. It’s time to/for...;
3. 學生能掌握故事大意,正確朗讀繪本故事,并有興趣去了解Maisy系列的其他繪本。
【教學難點】
1.學生能聽懂、會說、會讀繪本中的目標詞匯tent, feed, get up, go camping, go to the farm;
2.學生能熟練轉換運用句型It’s time to…與It’s time for …。
【教學過程】
課前皮影戲預熱
Step 1 Warming up and lead-in
1. Finger Exercise播放視頻和學生一起做手指操 2. Free talk:
What time is it? It’s …o’clock. It’ s time for our English class. 3. Do you like the story Where are Maisy’s friends? Say “Hello!” to Maisy and her friends.
Step2 Presentation and practice
1. Card game: Know more about Maisy(復習數字) (1)Maisy has a telephone (2)Maisy has a house (3)Maisy has a tractor
(4)Maisy likes Maths (5)Maisy has a farm (6)Maisy has an ID card
T: Today, let’s learn another new story about Maisy. 2. Read and tick

教學feed the chickens, feed the pigs, milk the cow (逐圖學習并且表演動作,理解milk的兩種意思) 5. Look and say
T: Look. What time is it? S: It’s seven o’clock.
It’s time to have breakfast/for breakfast.
(PPT 出示句型結構:It’s … o’clock. It’s time to/for …引導學生回答。)
T sings: What time is it? Ss sing: It’s seven o’clock.

Ss sing: It’s time for breakfast. 6. Retell Maisy’s morning on the farm (根據板書復述Maisy’s morning on the farm) Sing together:
What time is it? It’s six o’clock.
Heigh-ho, the derry-o, It’s time to get up. What time is it? It’s seven o’clock. Heigh-ho, the derry-o, It’s time for breakfast.
(過渡) T sings(手拿clock): What time is it? Ss sing: It’s ten o’clock.
T sings: Heigh-ho, the derry-o,
It’s time to go camping.
Maisy goes camping
It’s ten o’clock. Maisy goes camping. All her friends go with her. 7. Look and answer

8. Read, watch and learn
T: Everything is ready. It’s time to pitch a tent. 教學tent (ten—tent),帶讀pitch a tent T: Is it easy to pitch a tent? S: …
T: Is it easy for them to pitch a tent? Let’s watch. Ss learn to read: It’s not easy to pitch a tent. They try, and try, and try again.
It’s twelve o’clock. The tent is ready.
9. Practise and learn
(肚子咕嚕聲) T: Oh, they’re hungry. It’s time … (Ss: for lunch/ to have lunch) Quick response: It’s time for…與It’s time to …轉換練習 It’s time for … It’s time to…
(breakfast/lunch/dinner/school/home/bed) (have breakfast/have lunch/have

10. Chess game (飛行棋游戲)
After lunch, they play a game.
T介紹Game rules.
Ss play the game. 操練句型:
A:What’s the time/What time is it, please? B: It’s ...o’clock. It’s time to/for... 11. Let’s sing
After dinner, they sing songs around the campfire. (學生創編Maisy’s day歌曲并進行演唱) 12. Read and act
T: Night comes. It’s time for bed. 學生跟讀并表演繪本P17-28。
Step 3 Consolidation
1. Enjoy reading. (學生在老師的帶領下齊讀整個繪本故事)
2. Think and say
What a/an___day! (評價Maisy的一天)
Step 4 Homework
1. Sing the song about Maisy’s day.
2. Read the picture books of Maisy’s morning on the farm and Maisy goes camping. 3. Finish listening exercises. (完成《同步練習》Unit6 自我測評聽力部分)
