第六課時 Part C Story time P21 Learning aims(學習目標)
知識目標:1. Review the words and sentences of this unit.
2. Learn the new words and phrase: need, enough, put back.
能力目標:To understand the story and use the sentences in daily life. 情感目標:1. Try to make a plan before action.
2. Don’t waste the food and water, because many people don’t have
enough food or water.
3. Put back the things after use.
Important &difficult points(重難點)
Key points: 1. To review the sentence pattern:“We have „on „”.
2. To grasp the new sentence pattern: I need „„.
Difficult points: 1. The new sentences:I need to do some shopping.
We don’t have enough money. I’ll put back the football.
2. To act out the story. Step1 : Warm-up(情知引發) 1. Greetings:
T: Boys and girls, can you tell me what day is it today? Ss: Today is _____.
T: Oh, yeah, thank you! What do you have on …? Ss: We have …and English. T: Emm, do you like English? Ss: …….
2. 聚光燈猜詞(集中注意力):
T: Look, which word is it? / How about this one? …… 學生搶答。 T: What’s this? Ss: Chant! It’s a chant.
T: You are so clever! Do you like it? Ss: Yes! T: Let’s chant. 3. Chant together:
Monday, Monday, math on Monday. Tuesday, Tuesday, art on Tuesday.
Wednesday, Wednesday, computers on Wednesday. Thursday, Thursday, P.E. on Thursday. Friday, Friday, my favourite day!
Step 2. Lead-in(情知體驗)
1. T: Crazy! You make me feel hot. I feel hot. I need a fan. Do you have a fan? S: …….
T: Oh, I need a fan. You don’t have fans, so I need to do some shopping. 通過創設情景學習感知新詞need,讓學生猜出其意思,再利用白板中的英漢詞典學習單詞need。
T: I need to do some shopping. Who wants to go with me?
通過模擬歡樂購物場景,結果付款時拿出現金發現錢不夠,自然引出難句“We don’t have enough money.”學生領會其意并猜測新詞enough的意思,利用白板中英漢詞典學習新詞enough。
2.呈現故事的第一幅圖,學生可以看出故事主角Zip和Zoom也在購物,順勢讓學生運用新詞need來猜一猜他們需要些什么東西。(初步感知,提問設疑)
Step 3. Presentation(情知內化) 1. Watch the cartoon for the first time.
播放動畫,讓學生帶著好奇心去看動畫,找出Zip和Zoom所需要的物
品。接著拋出一個較難的問題“Why do they need these things?”
2. 學生一下子不見得能回答出來,順勢要學生打開課本,自己看一看故事,在課文中尋找答案。 3. Watch for the second time.
學生看完一遍卡通和書以后對故事有了一定的了解,順勢問學生“Do you
like the story?”“Let’s read and act.”跟讀模仿,表演的過程中注意故事細節。(鞏固模仿,加深印象)
4. A challenge: Who has a good memory? Watch again and answer the questions:
a. What does Zoom need for art class? b. When do they have English class? c. Why does Zoom want a football?
核對答案,看故事片段,鞏固重難點。 (認真細心,挑戰自我) 5. 合作交流,理解答疑
Group work:To finish the mind map. 追問:Can they buy the football?
引出“enough”,看圖再次感知理解并運用。
Step 4. Consolidation & Extension (情知拓展) 1. 合作表演,發散創新 Group work:
The choice is yours:故事表演。 故事續編。 故事創編。
不同層次不同興趣的學生可運用今天所學自由選擇表演內容。 Tips: It’s a new school year. I need to do some shopping. We’ll help./ Me too.
I need a basketball. We can play it after school. / I need an …/ I need some crayons, I like drawing.
I’m sorry. We don’t have enough money. I’ll put back the ball.
Oh, no. 2. Today’s advice:
a. Make a plan before action.(Can you?)
b. Don’t waste the food and water, because many people don’t have enough food or
water.
c. Please put back the things after use. (Will you?)
Step 5. Homework
1. One star homework: Read or tell the story to your parents.
2. Two stars homework: listen, read and make sentences with “need” “enough”and” put back”.
3. Three stars homework: Write a composition about you week plan.
