1.整體設(shè)計思路、教學(xué)亮點
整體設(shè)計思路: 本節(jié)課為語法課教學(xué)—動詞-ing形式做主語和賓語。整節(jié)課以興趣愛好及其好處為話題,分四個環(huán)節(jié)進行教學(xué)。1. My friends and their hobbies—2. Hobbies and their benefits—3. Your hobbies and their benefits— 4. Pan’s worries.
1. My friends and their hobbies
該環(huán)節(jié)導(dǎo)入和呈現(xiàn)知識。通過看句子猜測同班同學(xué)的游戲引起引起學(xué)生興趣,同時利用猜測的橘子呈現(xiàn)本節(jié)課知識。接著引導(dǎo)學(xué)生觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)該語法點的相關(guān)知識。
2. Hobbies and their benefits
該環(huán)節(jié)為鞏固練習(xí)。練習(xí)為一段同學(xué)間的對話,話題為興趣愛好以及好處。設(shè)計成對話形式讓學(xué)生在語篇中進行相關(guān)的語法訓(xùn)練。
1)獨立完成練習(xí),并收集興趣愛好的相關(guān)表達。 2)小組合作,表演對話。 3. Your hobbies and their benefits
該環(huán)節(jié)為運用與表達。同學(xué)合作,運用所學(xué)的語法知識自編對話相互討論興趣愛好。接著請部分小組表演他們的對話。
4. Pan’s worries
該環(huán)節(jié)為運用與寫作。在上一環(huán)節(jié)討論興趣愛好的基礎(chǔ)上,提出部分同學(xué)遇到的問題——興趣愛好與學(xué)業(yè)的沖突。并以此為話題讓學(xué)生寫一封求助信。最后進行分享與講評。
教學(xué)亮點:
1. 創(chuàng)設(shè)真實情境,將零散的語法知識在話題中進行學(xué)習(xí)與運用。整節(jié)課中出現(xiàn)的學(xué)生以及活動,包括學(xué)生遇到的問題都真實存在。
2. 將信息技術(shù)與課堂有效融合。課堂上,利用希沃授課助手等軟件,即使分享學(xué)生的作業(yè),大大提高了課堂效率。
3. 巧用學(xué)案,且在學(xué)案中設(shè)置了Language Bank,讓學(xué)生養(yǎng)成積累的好習(xí)慣。

2. 教學(xué)背景分析
教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析:本節(jié)課為第四模塊第二單元Learning about language 部分的語法知識—動詞-ing形式做主語和賓語。該知識點本身較為簡單,且學(xué)生在初中已經(jīng)接觸過。另外,本單元的閱讀部為介紹科學(xué)家袁隆平的文章,文中涉及了興趣愛好的表達。因此本節(jié)課的重點為以興趣愛好為話題,讓學(xué)生使用-ing形式進行表達與寫作。
學(xué)生情況分析:我校為一級達標(biāo)校,授課班級為我校高一特保班(優(yōu)秀學(xué)生)。大部分學(xué)生已經(jīng)了解該語法知識。所以,同學(xué)們能很快通過例子歸納出語法規(guī)則。但是畢竟是高一的學(xué)生,在知識的運用上還有待提高。因此本節(jié)課以話題為載體,旨在幫助學(xué)生靈活運用相關(guān)知識。
3.教學(xué)目標(biāo)分析
1. 掌握動詞-ing形式做主語和賓語的基本用法。理解相關(guān)語法現(xiàn)象, 2. 能夠在交際和寫作中恰當(dāng)使用動詞-ing形式。
3. 學(xué)生通過小組討論、合作等形式,增加英語口語交際能力,加強寫作信心。
4.教學(xué)重點、難點分析
教學(xué)重點:
在理解語法現(xiàn)象的基礎(chǔ)上,恰當(dāng)運用相關(guān)知識討論自己想興趣愛好并能進行寫作。 教學(xué)重點:
以興趣愛好為話題,以求助信形式,鞏固-ing形式的用法.

Step 1 Preparation (1 min)
T: Today, we are going to learn the -ing form as the subject and object. Let’s go through the learning goals. 設(shè)計意圖:本節(jié)課為語法課, 語法課通常較為枯燥,事先向?qū)W生展示教學(xué)目標(biāo),有助于學(xué)生調(diào)整好狀態(tài),為接下來的學(xué)習(xí)做好準(zhǔn)備。
T: And please take out the learning sheet you’ve got just now. (Points to the learning sheet) It’s a Language Bank. You can put down the useful words and expressions and the sentence patterns here. 設(shè)計意圖: 課堂學(xué)案能提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效率。本節(jié)語法課,因為涉及到不少詞匯和句型的用法。因此在學(xué)案開頭設(shè)計了一個Language Bank,有利于學(xué)生課后的復(fù)習(xí),也讓學(xué)生養(yǎng)成隨時積累的習(xí)慣。 Step 2 My friends and their hobbies — Guessing and Discovering (10 min)

1) T:We have been together in the same class for a year. Let’s play a game and see if you are familiar with each other. Please go through the descriptions below and guess who it is.
設(shè)計意圖:本節(jié)課的對象為本班學(xué)生,學(xué)生和老師之間彼此非常熟悉。該班級學(xué)生活躍、多才多藝。通過猜測再看照片的方式,活躍了課堂氣氛。同時將本節(jié)課要學(xué)習(xí)的知識點巧妙地呈現(xiàn)出來。 2) Go through the sentences and tell the Grammatical Constituents of the underlined parts. 1. Playing basketball is his hobby. 2. He was “famous” for being late. 3. He also loves playing basketball. 4. She’s good at organizing activities.
5. She is responsible for buying things for the class. 6. He hates reciting English texts.
7. He enjoys playing different musical instruments.
3) Lead students to find some points they need to pay special attention to.
Playing basketball is his hobby.
Discovery 1: 動詞-ing形式做主語,通常位于句首,謂語動詞用單數(shù)。 He was “famous” for being late. He also loves playing basketball.
Discovery 2: 賓語分為介詞賓語和動詞賓語。介詞后通常用—ing形式做賓語。有些動詞后習(xí)慣用-ing形式做賓語。
設(shè)計意圖:利用上一環(huán)節(jié)的相關(guān)句子點出本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)一些相關(guān)的語法現(xiàn)象。繼續(xù)吸引學(xué)生的興趣。 Task 1
1) Write down verbs that can be followed by -ing forms as objects. Requirements:
1. Finish the task with your desk-mates. 2. Write as many as possible. 3. You are given two minutes.
2) Exchange the learning sheet and students have a discussion. Teacher show some words for reference. If

they have any questions, they can ask the teacher for help.
設(shè)計意圖:通過上一環(huán)節(jié)的任務(wù),學(xué)生得出結(jié)論—動詞-ing形式作賓語其實是一些單詞的固定搭配。本環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)置小組合作,在規(guī)定時間按內(nèi)寫出盡可能多能跟-ing形式作賓語的動詞。完成任務(wù)后小組交換改正。與此同時老師提供部分詞匯供學(xué)生參考。該練習(xí)即時復(fù)習(xí),又為下個環(huán)節(jié)的練習(xí)做準(zhǔn)備。 Step 3 Hobbies and benefits—Practising and Speaking (5 min) Task 2
1) Go through the dialogue. Fill in the blanks with right forms of the given words and tell the reasons. 2) Find out words and expressions to express “like”, teacher writes them on the blackboard. 3) Learn some useful sentence patterns. Lead students to anther point they should pay attention to. Discovery 3: 某些固定結(jié)構(gòu)中,通常把 it 置于句首做形式賓語,把真正的主語-ing形式置于句末。 Some similar sentence patterns: 1) It is no use/useless doing sth. 2) It is a waste of time doing sth. 3) It is fun doing sth.
設(shè)計意圖:學(xué)生在認(rèn)識了語法現(xiàn)象并復(fù)習(xí)了能跟動詞-ing形式做賓語的動詞后,在以興趣愛好的語篇中進行鞏固練習(xí)。歸納“喜歡”的不同表達法,同時引導(dǎo)學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)新的語法現(xiàn)象。這些任務(wù)的而完成繼續(xù)為下以環(huán)節(jié)做鋪墊。
Step 4 Your hobbies and their benefits—Expressing ( 8 min)
T : It is fun doing what you love. And know all of you have your own hobbies. It is time to talk about them. Task 3
Make a dialogue to talk about your hobbies and the benefits you get. Requirements:
1) Take turns (you and your desk-mates ) to talk about your hobbies and the benefits.
2) Prepare a dialogue in pairs or in group of three, referring to the following words and expressions if necessary.
3) Use as many -ing forms as possible.
4) Be prepared to perform your dialogue to the class. Do you have any hobbies? What is it?
Yes. I am interested in…

How do you spend you spare time? I usually spend my free time in…
What kind of sports do you like? I like/enjoy/ have a taste for… Why do you like…

Does it do any good to you?

設(shè)計意圖:交際一直是學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)中的一個弱項,利用所學(xué)語法知識進行交際對學(xué)生而更是一種挑戰(zhàn)。本節(jié)課語法知識較為簡單,且在之前的環(huán)節(jié)中做好了足夠的鋪墊,因此任務(wù)難度大大降低,通過交際,學(xué)生的知識得到鞏固。
Step 5 Pan Tainyu’s worries — Applying and Writing (15 min)
T : You see, having a hobby is really good for us, right? Unfortunately, sometime, it is hard for you to spare the time for your hobbies. Here are Pan Tainyu’s worries. Task 4
1)It is an unfinished letter by Pan Tianwu. Help him finish the letter, using at least four -ing forms.
以下是一封潘天宇同學(xué)的寫給林晨老師的一封求助信。他熱衷籃球,但是他的父母并不支持他這一愛好,于是他向一個名為“學(xué)生心聲”的專欄寫信咨詢解決的方法。請你幫助他同學(xué)完成這封信。內(nèi)容包括:
1.對自己愛好的看法:強身健體;減壓 2. 父母的看法:浪費時間;學(xué)習(xí)退步。

設(shè)計意圖:本環(huán)節(jié)任務(wù)為一封求助信,開頭結(jié)尾已經(jīng)給出,要求學(xué)生完成的部分為求助人自己以及父母在興趣愛好看法上的分歧。相關(guān)的表達在前兩個環(huán)節(jié)中已經(jīng)作出鋪墊,所以學(xué)生能較快完成任

務(wù)。該任務(wù)依然是以班級學(xué)生的實際情況為情境。潘同學(xué)因酷愛籃球而分心的事全班皆知。以學(xué)生身邊事例為話題,能提高學(xué)生的寫作興趣。寫作任務(wù)完成后,利用教授助手將學(xué)生作品現(xiàn)場展示并進行點評,提高上課效率。 Assignments (1 min)
1. Add more words that can be followed by -ing form to your Language Bank.
2. Help Mr. Lin to write a letter to give Pan some suggestions, using as many -ing forms as possible. 設(shè)計意圖:任何語言學(xué)習(xí)都要靠積累, 讓學(xué)生課后養(yǎng)成積累的習(xí)慣有學(xué)生能力的的進一步提高.學(xué)生已經(jīng)接受過建議信的寫作指導(dǎo),這一任務(wù)的設(shè)置給本堂課的話題完美地畫上句號.同時老師會在作業(yè)講評中,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生認(rèn)識到: 作為高中生,應(yīng)該將在興趣愛好與學(xué)業(yè)中保持平衡。
