一、教材分析
本單元的中心話題是“農(nóng)業(yè)”,內(nèi)容涉及我國(guó)著名的雜交水稻專家袁隆平的貢獻(xiàn)、化肥對(duì)土地耕種的影響以及開展有機(jī)生態(tài)耕種等。學(xué)生對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)的話題較為陌生,因此本單元詞匯學(xué)習(xí)重設(shè)語境,從三國(guó)演義中學(xué)生耳熟能詳?shù)墓适轮郑Y(jié)合社交媒體和多媒體應(yīng)用幫助學(xué)生熟悉并掌握以下詞匯:occupy; disturb; struggle; regret; satisfy; comment; focus; lead to; thanks to; freedom。
二、學(xué)生分析
授課對(duì)象為高一學(xué)生,學(xué)生喜歡輕松的話題,具備一定的詞匯基礎(chǔ)和中國(guó)古典名著的知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)。因此,本次設(shè)計(jì)從熱門微博中三國(guó)演義片段著手,能較好地吸引學(xué)生,激發(fā)學(xué)生的語言學(xué)習(xí)興趣從而進(jìn)一步掌握該單元詞匯。但是學(xué)生對(duì)于詞匯的用法缺乏系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)知和理解,運(yùn)用能力弱。因此本次課題結(jié)合教授與運(yùn)用,著重提升詞匯運(yùn)用能力。
三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1. 語言能力
學(xué)生能熟悉并運(yùn)用以下詞及詞組的用法: occupy; disturb; struggle; regret; satisfy; comment; focus; lead to; thanks to; freedom。 2. 學(xué)習(xí)能力
學(xué)生能通過個(gè)人、同伴互助和小組討論等方式,在觀察、思考、游戲等過程中,正確歸納、比較和運(yùn)用重點(diǎn)詞和詞組的涵義和用法。 3. 文化品質(zhì)
學(xué)生能加深對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)典著作的理解,致力于傳統(tǒng)文化的學(xué)習(xí)與傳播,讓傳統(tǒng)文化煥發(fā)生機(jī),賦予時(shí)代意義持續(xù)傳承下去。

Step2: Leading-in: Guess (2 mins)
T presents dialogues in QQ and the picture of Liu Bei and then gives three hints to ask Ss to guess who he is.
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】通過學(xué)生常用的QQ對(duì)話形式,讓學(xué)生在輕松的氛圍中開始學(xué)習(xí)。利用圖片激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣,引出主題,自然過渡到課堂教學(xué)。根據(jù)所給線索,自然引出occupy,讓學(xué)生在語境中體驗(yàn)詞匯的運(yùn)用。
Step 3: Learn and use the words and expressions (20 mins) 1. occupy
T invites a student to guess the meaning of the new word in the text and instructs the usage of it. T asks a question: What are you occupied with at school?
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】根據(jù)情境理解詞義,結(jié)合學(xué)生實(shí)際提問,進(jìn)一步落實(shí)詞匯的運(yùn)用。 2. disturb

Ss come to the blackboard and draw a line on the screen to find the new words and expressions. And T guides Ss to read all the key words and phrases.

Step5. Group Work (13 mins)
T presents pictures and context of a famous story -- To Borrow Arrows with Thatched Boats. Ss use the newly learnt words and expressions to describe the classical story and share their stories.
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】草船借箭的故事學(xué)生耳熟能詳,小組討論的形式更能集思廣益,從而達(dá)到鞏固新知識(shí)的目的。
Step 6: Summary & Assignment (2 mins)
T presents her version of this classical work. T asks Ss to make up a story by using the new words and expressions as many as possible. Write it down and share the story with classmates. 【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】經(jīng)過一堂課的鋪墊,教師讓學(xué)生自由選擇語境的故事載體且盡可能多的用上新學(xué)的詞匯,讓學(xué)生自由創(chuàng)作,激發(fā)學(xué)生運(yùn)用熱情。
