《Module 6 Unit 1 Does it eat meat?》教學設計
一、整體設計思路、指導依據說明
1. 引入。首先以教師自我介紹,了解教師的基本信息引入到我最喜歡的動物的話題,并以熊貓作為鋪墊激發學生愛護動物的情感。
2.詞匯學習。通過競爭游戲“猜猜他們最喜歡的動物”來學習新的動物詞匯和句型“Does it eat meat? Yes, it does./ No, it doesn’t.” 圖片搭配單詞環節繼續學習詞匯的復數,并注意它們的發音,插入課本語音學習環節。再以游戲挑戰記憶力“哪些動物不見了”在課堂上強化學生記憶和反饋學生對于新詞匯的掌握情況。
3. 聽課本材料。首先完成聽力活動1,勾出你所聽得的單詞。然后是根據課本第二個聽力設計了幾個問題,學生聽然后回答問題。接下來是看動畫做記錄,填寫動物所吃食物,教給學生寫首字母的聽力技巧。最后是跟磁帶朗讀,模仿語音語調。
4. 口語輸出。口頭復述導游的介紹。教師整合聽力課本內容設計了一個對話情景,參觀動物園,學生小組活動進行角色扮演,然后表演出來。
5. 總結?偨Y本課所學內容,并繼續激發學生熱愛保護動物的情感。
二、教學背景
1. 教學內容分析:
七年級上冊《Module 6 The trip to the zoo,Unit 1 Does it eat meat?》以“動物吃什么”為話題展開對話,幫助學生掌握一般現在時第三人稱單數做主語的一般疑問句極其回答這個語法重點的運用;通過對話表演,把所學的知識運用到實際生活中來。這節課是一節聽說課,在兼顧聽力訓練的同時,又側重說的能力的培養。從Module7到Module 10一般現在時都是這幾個單元學習的重點。本課通過北京動物園之行介紹動物吃什么以及認識世界各地的動物開展聽說活動,使學生開闊眼界,增長知識,同時也為后面學習動物住在哪里做了鋪墊。
2. 學生情況分析:
本課的主題是談論動物及動物吃的食物,對七年級的學生來說比較有吸引力,學生很感興趣,學生小學學過三年英語,對于吃的食物和簡單的動物名稱比較熟悉,適合開展教學活動!

Recycle and use the new words in different tasks.
五、課堂風貌設計(活動名稱)
快樂課堂和“英語做事”課堂:
教師積極創設情境,巧妙導入課題。通過創設情境,調動和激發學生自主學習的情緒。在課堂中穿插了三個小組競爭活動— “猜猜他們最喜歡的動物”;“哪些動物不見了”;“小組活動,角色扮演”。這幾個競爭活動都指向本節課的目標語言,能讓學生在愉快的氣氛中自覺地學習和運用語言。所以這既是快樂課堂也是用英語做事的課堂。
六、教學過程設計(方法、手段、意圖)
Step 1 Lead-in and warming-up (3 minutes)
1. Introduce myself. Show students pictures to guess my favorite animal.
2. Show students some pictures to ask them to love and protect animals. We’ll have some competitions to raise money for animals.

Step 2 Presentation (7 minutes)

Show the clues and the pictures to teach new words about animals , their foods and the new structures.

Step 3 Practice (5 minutes)
1. Get students match the animal words with the correct pictures.

Challenge your memory. Students will have 20 seconds to remember the animals, then tell us which animals are missing.

Step 4 Listening 1 (3 minutes)
1. Predict before listening.

3. Get Ss to read atfer the tape. Pay attention to the guide’s introduction. Then fill the blanks orally.
( 意圖:通過對聽力練習進行改變,以回答設計的這幾個問題開始可以降低難度,再看聽結合寫出食物,由淺入深,學生容易完成任務。以挖空填詞的方式口頭復述導游介紹達到對課文對話內容理解的檢測和鞏固的目的。)
Step 6 Groupwork & Show Time ( 15 minutes )
Get Ss to role-play thedialogue on the paper. Work in groups of four. Or they can make their own dialogue using the vocabulary in the box. Then act it out. The teacher will show them how to do that first. Then they will have about 5 minutes to prepare for it.

( 意圖:教師設計這個對話把本堂課的兩個聽力內容融合在一起,其實也是將37頁上的兩個小組活動整合在一起,給學生創設了真實的語言情景讓他們表演,并給學生做出示范,然后讓他們四人一小組進行對話練習,最后表演出來,達到讓學生能夠用所學語言知識進行口語應用和交際的目的。教師會及時地對小組的表現加以肯定,增強學生的信心,體驗到合作學習的樂趣和成就感。)

1. 評價內容:
本堂課教學目標明確,課堂教學活動都圍繞教學目標進行,將教學目標貫穿于教學活動的始終,并具有趣味性,課堂氣氛活躍,學生注意力集中。教師巧妙地創設情境,引入自然合理,符合初中低年級學生的心理特征,能調動大部分學生的求知欲與思維積極性,講授的內容具有啟發性,做到了突出重點,解決難點,循序漸進,層次清晰。所學內容貼近學生生活實際,學生課后能用英語談論所喜愛的動物和它所吃的食物并提出相關問題,達到預期的教學目標。
2. 評價方法:
(1)情景交際法,讓學生在真實的語境中運用語言知識,教師及時給予鼓勵和肯定。 (2)小組競爭,培養學生的競爭意識。教師適時地給予激勵。 (3)創造合作學習的機會,讓學生體驗合作的樂趣與成就感。
