This period mainly talks about school events.The students are supposed to learn words about school events and ask and answer when the events are. After this lesson, students might place great importance on managing time.
學情分析
The students have learned some words about school events such as soccer game, sports meeting,etc. This period can enlarge their vocabulary on this topic. Besides, the topic is closely related to their school life. They will show great interest on it if arranged properly.

This is the third period of the unit. Through observing the picture, listening, and watching video, students are supposed to learn the target language and use it in real life.

Step 1. Lead in
Introduce 2 students: John and Sally from American Leadership Academy.

①Have the students review 12 months and the ordinal numbers by a competition.
