一、教材分析
本模塊在Section A談論自己所喜愛的音樂基礎上,學習了解中國民間音樂及音樂家,增加了與音樂相關的表達句式和詞匯。2a-2e為Section B部分的閱讀板塊。
2a的讀前活動從學生已有認知出發,讓學生嘗試用自己的語言談論中國的樂器及相關名曲,為閱讀活動做準備。2b要求學生閱讀文章找出文中的關鍵信息。2c讓學生關注細節,
通過表格填寫,列出支撐作者觀點的細節信息。2d則要求學生在理解的基礎上運用所學目標結構將文章相關的一段描寫補充完整。2e是一個開放性的對話活動,
要求學生在理解閱讀材料基礎上嘗試運用所學語言實現對話輸出。
二、學情分析
本課的教授對象是初三學生。
(1)整體上,學生具備一定的基礎知識,在之前已經學習了由that等引導的定語從句,談論過自己喜歡的樂隊,電影,書籍和音樂等。
(2)對音樂有一定興趣,對中國民間音樂與音樂家有大概的了解,但還缺乏較為深入的認識和感知。
(3)學生有夢想,懂得為夢想應付出相應努力和堅持。
三、設計思路
本節課為閱讀課,重點是運用noting supporting details的閱讀策略對文本進行解讀,了解音樂評介類的文章特點。在設計過程中,
教師通過自身琵琶才藝和音樂素養來引入本文,從而拉近學生與音樂的距離。在文中貫穿對閱讀策略的滲透,對每一個自然段的細解都主要分為main idea和supporting details兩部分。
利用思維導圖的形式分解課文,幫助學生理解。并將此main idea和supporting details 的結構運用到有關音樂介紹的對話和寫作中。從課堂閱讀輸入,對話活動輸出,
到課后作業的寫作輸出,都至始至終貫穿對此策略的使用。同時,引導學生透過標題Sad but Beautiful深入理解文章含義,領會作者思想深度。最終通過理解文章和參與對話活動,上升到音樂無國界的情感高度。
四、教學目標
1. 語言知識目標:理解文中出現的生詞,復習定語從句結構和關于音樂的多種句型表達。 2.能力目標:
(1)能利用相關閱讀策略理解文章。 (2)能在語境中推斷新詞匯、短語的意思。 (3)能運用所學課文談論相關音樂話題。 3. 情感態度與價值觀:
了解阿炳人生,學習他困境中不放棄的精神。意識到音樂無國界,當弘揚中國民間音樂,走向世界。 4. 學習策略:
學會利用標注主題思想與細節信息的策略來理解文章。
五、教學重、難點
重點:運用noting supporting detail的閱讀策略對文本進行解讀。 難點:本部分的教學難點是運用具體信息描寫事物。
