教材分析
本節課為本單元的起始課,圍繞制作香蕉奶昔展開話題,重點是讓學生學會用英語描述制作食物的過程和步驟,學習祈使句, “How many/How much…?”句型,及動詞和動詞短語的使用,量詞的表達等。本單元的難點是表示制作程序的動詞和動詞短語的表述,如turn on, peel, pour等,另一個是量詞的準確表達,如a bottle of, two spoons of等。學生需要通過大量的練習,才能達到對目標語言的準確、熟練運用。
教學目標 知識目標:New words:
shake, spoon, lettuce, peel, cut up, put… in, pour …into, sauce, add, boil, turn on, Target language: 食物的制作步驟

廚藝大賽為本節課主線,本環節為最后一個環節。
展示傳統食物名字的含義可以傳遞中國傳統文化,讓學生了解文化,認識文化,同時說明食物名稱的重要性。讓學生為美食起名字,既有助于學生熱愛生活的情感培養,又可以發揮其個性和想象力,同時也增加了活動的趣味性。
小組合作編寫對話降低操作難度,對話的生成需要用到本節課所學的大部分句型及短語,既是操練也是對知識的檢測。
展示過程結束后,向其他學生提問可以促使大家認真傾聽其對話表演,讓每一個學生都有事可做。
舉手投票選擇最好的廚師,本節課任務結束,呼應課堂開頭。

課后反思 本節課秉承用中學的理念進行教學,任務型操練較多。在應用過程中,學生難免出錯,一個學生出錯也許代

表著一批學生的在此知識點留有疑問,因此每當學生犯錯,我會針對性的進行講解。本節課任務型操練較多在最后的任務生成階段,四組(全班共11組)學生完成的不錯,說明學生對本節課的內容掌握較好,知識目標達成較好。本節課的不足之處在于,文化滲透依然較為淺顯,在本單元接下來的教學過程,在知識傳授過程中繼續加強文化方面的培養。
