1. T: The New Year is coming. I’m going to learn a foreign language, such as French. That’s my new year’s resolution. I also have three other resolutions for new year. Can you guess?

2. T: These are my friend’s Bob’s resolutions.
(T shows the pictures and the resolutions of Bob next year.)

3. Ss read after the tape.
4. Ss talk about the resolutions of these 3 persons.
