[課題] 譯林小學英語五上 unit7 “At weekends” story time 第一課時 [教材簡解]
本課主要圍繞周末活動這一話題展開,旨在通過此話題的討論,引導學生珍惜時光。重點學習涉及周末活動的相關句型和短語。在教學中,教師可充分利用四下Unit2 After school和五上Unit4 Hobbies的已學舊知開展學習活動。利用圖片、體態語言,創設情境,引導學生理解和運用所學的句型及詞匯,使教學內容與學生生活緊密結合,提高學生實際運用語言的能力。 [教學目標]
1. Students will be able to new words“at weekends, grandparents, play with, very much, chat, Internet, go to the cinema” and sentence pattern“What do you do at weekends? I always\usually\often\sometimes . . .”
2. Students will be able to improve their abilities of listening and speaking and develop their sense of cooperation.
3. Students will be able to set a correct sense of valuing time. [重點、難點]
1. To master the new sentence patterns and words about weekend activities.
2. To read the Story time fluently and act it out. [設計理念]
根據英語新課程標準,讓學生在真實的情境中學習、理解和運用語言。本課教學設計采用以下幾種方法:情景教學法、任務型教學法、直觀教學法、交際法、多媒體教學法。在會話教學中采用豐富的表情和適當的手勢,鼓勵學生大聲說,說清楚,培養學生口頭表達能力。在小組合作中鼓勵學生大膽的說,及時得到糾正,增強了學生的自信心,激發學生的學習興趣,使學生學會與他人合作。本課以“周末活動”為教學切入口,對日常生活中學生感興趣的活動展開延伸,使學生積極參與實踐,學習和運用英語。 [設計思路]
由看小視頻切入,從興趣入手,帶著學生邊看邊聽,激發學習熱情,創設良好的英語學習氛圍,為課文學習作鋪墊。由談論外國小朋友周末活動展開本課話題,引入到新知識的學習中。從而把所學的語言運用到實際的任務中去。使學生學會綜合運用語言的能力和樹立正確的價值觀。 [教學過程]
Step 1 Warming-up
1.Watch a flash which shows what foreign children do at weekends. What do they talk about? How are their weekends?

1. Look, say and read
T: Look at these pictures and every picture say one phrase. (show Ss nine pictures )

2. Listen, repeat and match
T: Listen to the tape and choose the correct words then match them. 1. always 2. usually 3. often 4. sometimes

3. Look and say
T: Here’s a picture in which there are four activities, please say one adverb of frequency below it.

4. Guess and check Ask two students to dub the dialogue before class, now let others guess who they are and point out the advantages and disadvantages.

5. Skim and underline
T: Now skim the text and underline the phrases. What does Mike do at weekends?
