教學目標
知識目標:
1.能聽懂、認讀、會說短語:fly kites, play ping-pong, play with the toys, play computer games。
2.能認讀、理解并靈活運用句型:
--What do you like to do?
--I like to _______ .
3.能了解字母組合ar,ou,ow和ass在單詞中的發音規則。
能力目標:
能靈活運用句型“What do you like to do? ”來詢問他人喜歡做的事情,及用“I like to _______ .”回答、談論自己的喜好,培養學生的語言交際能力。
情感目標:
激發學生學習英語的情趣。教育學生More for playing sports . Less for playing computer games,培養學生良好的生活習慣。
2學情分析
四年級的學生經過一年的學習,有了一定的英語學習基礎,大多數學生產生了濃厚的英語學習興趣,學生在觀察能力、思維能力、語言表達能力方面都有了較好的提高,有著強烈的好奇心與動手操作的能力。他們喜歡在玩中學、做中學、想中學及用中學。對周邊的事物產生著濃厚的興趣,有著強烈的學習愿望。
3重點難點
教學重點:
認讀并運用短語:fly kites, play ping-pong, play with the toys, play computer games和句型What do you like to do? I like to _______ .靈活自由會話。
教學難點:
認讀并了解字母組合的發音規則和第三人稱單數的語法滲透。

活動1【導入】Step1 Warming up
1.Free talk.
進行日常口語會話,拉近師生距離。
2.Play a game.
通過“I say you do.”和“I do you say.”的游戲,讓學生在動一動,說一說的過程中復習已學過的短語為后面口語交際做好鋪墊。
3.Sing a song.
Well begun, half down.良好的開端等于成功的一半。讓學生看大屏幕一起跟唱歌曲“What do you like to do?” ,在輕松的音樂聲中步入課堂,使他們的聽覺、視覺、思維都進入英語的狀態。
活動2【導入】Step2 Leading－in
T:I like to sing a song .What do you like to do? OK ,today let’s learn “Lesson17 What do you like to do?”引入新課。
活動3【講授】Step3 Presentation
1.短語和句型的呈現。
運用實物、肢體語言及多媒體課件等多種行式引出本課短語,運用多種操練形式,讓學生動起來,融入動腦、動口、動手到英語學習中,做到詞不離句,句不離篇。
2.呈現第三人單數。
I like to play computer games.
She likes to play computer games.
I like to read a book.
Li Ming likes to read a book.
[Thinking: 運用幻燈片清晰明了的引導學生了解主語是第三人稱單數的情況下 like的變化,并通過拓展練習,加深學生的影響。]
3.Let's chant!
T: All of you did good job! Let’s chant together!
T and Ss:
What do you like to do?
I like to fly kites.

I like to play ping-pong.
What does he like to do?
He likes to read books.
What does she like to do?
She likes to play with the toys.
[Thinking: 孩子們借助教師自編的兒歌加深了重點句型的記憶,熟練了口語,過邊做動作邊吟唱歌瑤,調動學生積極性,活躍課堂氣氛,為后面的練習打下良好的基礎。]
活動4【練習】Step4 Practice
Talk about“--What do you like to do? --I like to _______ .”in pairs.
[Thinking:讓學生根據短語提示同桌兩人運用本課重點句型進行問答練習,進一步操練、鞏固重點句型。]
活動5【講授】Step5 Learn the text.
T: Do you want to know“What does Jenny/Danny/Steven/Kim like to do?”
Ss:Yes.
T:OK,let’s learn the text.
(1)Listen to the tape.
(2)Read the text after the tape.
(3) Read the text freely with the questions.
(4). Talk about and answer the questions in groups.
(5).Check together.
[Thinking: 通過聽錄音及跟讀讓孩子多接觸原音,鍛練學生的聽力,同時使學生進一步熟悉課文內容、學習新詞句,初步形成正確的語音語調。之后讓學生再帶著問題自讀課文,在小組內討論解決問題,最后集體訂正問題。這一過程,老師沒有直接講授語法,而是用心把單數第三人稱的語法滲透在情景交際中,讓學生先感知,再理解,最后在回答中使用。]
活動6【活動】Step6 Consolidation and extension.
Show time.(Choose your favourite way to show what have you learned?)
[Thinking:學生把本課所學知識通過復述課文內容,自編對話和chant等多種形式來展示,培養了學生的綜合語言運用能力。]
活動7【活動】Step7 Letters and sounds.

[Thinking:學生通過這個游戲環節,學習和掌握本課重點字母組合的發音規律,并正確地讀出單詞,老師巧妙地將教材中的詞匯放入自編的繞口令中,避免了只講單詞發音的單薄,又引導學生在語言情景中練習了發音。]
活動8【活動】Step8 Health tips
Tell students“ More for playing sports .Sports are good for your health .Less for playing computer games .It’s bad for your eyes. ”
[Thinking: 在本節課的結尾結合本課所學提醒孩子們多做運動,少玩電腦游戲,滲透情感目標教學。]

Homework:
