Ⅰ、學情分析 1、學生分析
初中階段初二學生最難管,學生到了初二第二學期下半學期這個階段,學習態度比較松散,班上有一半的學生英語基礎薄弱,學習習慣不好,對英語學習不是很感興趣,缺乏自信心。優等和中等偏上的學生人數偏少,存在著兩極分化的現象。 2、教學內容分析
本課主要是學習有關服裝的詞匯和引入結果狀語從句。首先通過一個米蘭時裝秀導入文章學習,再通過圖片學習2,3中的所有詞匯及1a,1c的部分詞匯。學習復習服裝的單詞后,然后進行填空和邊聽邊排序完成任務2. 接著通過一件唐裝引入1a學習。讓學生聽1a的對話完成1b。聽完1a后再讓學生讀1a,找出難點。教師在給學生釋疑的過程中,提出本單元的新語法—結果狀語從句(so…that…)。教師對結果狀語從句so...that…的進行講解,全班操練so…that…,通過完成1c ,進一步鞏固so... that… 句型。最后,學生看圖并通過Pair work 編對話操練本課的服裝詞匯完成3。隨后最后回顧總結,完成本課時。 Ⅱ. 1. 利用課文插圖、圖片及同學們的著裝來學習新詞匯。

Ⅵ. Teaching procedures
Stage 1:Getting the students ready for learning
Step1: Play a video about a fashion show. Let students know about the meaning of fashion and lead to the study of clothes.
Step2: Let the Ss learn the new words by showing pictures.
利用圖片學習新詞匯:包括2、3中的所有新詞匯及1a、1c的部分詞匯。
Stage 2:Finishing 2
Let the Ss fill in the boxes with the words given in 2.
T: We have learned many words about clothes. Now turn to page 82 and fill in the boxes with the words given in 2. Do as quickly as you can. And then check the answers.
T: Next, you will listen to six sentences. While listening, you should number the pictures correctly.
Then check the answers with the students.
運用新詞匯完成填空和聽力任務,完成2。這是個簡單的任務,教師要確保學生會讀、會認、會聽圖中的服裝名詞。 Stage 3: Listening to 1a an finishing 1b.
Step1: Plays the recording for the students and asks students to answer the questions:
Who wears a Chinese Tang costume? Is it a cotton one?
What does Jane want to buy?
Why does Jane want to buy new coats ? What are they going to do tomorrow?
Step2: Plays the recording again. Let students listen to the conversation and circle True or False in 1b. And then ask the some students to say out the answers.
Step3:Ask the students to find out the English in 1a.

Step 4: Makes a summary to explain key points and difficult points to the students. ◆ so ... that ... 如此......以至于...... ,that 引導的是結果狀語從句,其結構是“so+形容詞或副詞+that從句”。 他跑得如此快以至于我們追不上他。
He ran so fast that we couldn't catch up with him. 天氣太冷了,以至于我不想起床。 It is so cold that I don„t want to get up. 他是如此善良以至于我們都很喜歡他。 He is so kind that we all like him.
通過練習,來加強學生對so…that…的理解。 Stage 5:Finishing 1c.
Let the Ss look at the pictures in 1c and fill in the blanks with so... that .
T: Just now, you learned something about “so... that”. Next, you should finish the task in 1c. If you can‟t finish them alone, you can discuss with your group members.
T: Shall we check now? Any volunteers?
S1: Maria‟s coat is so nice that she likes it very much . T:Picture 2 ?
S2: The hand bag is so expensive that the woman can‟t ... it.
T : Oh, sorry. There is a new word “afford”. Can you guess what it means? S3: Buy .
T: Yes. You can say “can/can‟t afford sth.” or “can/can‟t afford to do sth.” .

這個環節主要是操練so...that 的用法,教師一定要確保學生正確使用該句型并強調:so + 形容詞/副詞+ that + 從句。 Stage 6:Finishing 3.

T: You did a good job. Keep trying in task 3. Look at the pictures in 3. It‟s a clothing store. Suppose you are going to buy something in the store. Work with your partner to make conversations.
