本節(jié)課內(nèi)容選自人教版英語七年級下冊U10 I’d like some noodles 中的Section B 3a-3c&self check部分,是本單元的復(fù)習(xí)和寫作課時。在之前的課時,同學(xué)們不僅學(xué)習(xí)了各種食物名稱,還通過真實的語言交際材料感悟本單元點(diǎn)餐的功能項目,豐富了語言輸入的內(nèi)容。同時2a-2c的閱讀介紹了世界各地的人們慶祝生日時不同的飲食文化,開闊了學(xué)生的視野。本節(jié)課的教學(xué)重點(diǎn)則是進(jìn)一步鞏固學(xué)生對單元功能和語法結(jié)構(gòu)的理解。 2. 學(xué)情分析
1)關(guān)于可數(shù)名詞和不可數(shù)名詞,學(xué)生在七年級上冊中已有初步的學(xué)習(xí)。通過本單元的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生對可數(shù)和不可數(shù)名詞有了更深的理解,但能否在口頭表達(dá)和寫作任務(wù)中正確使用還是一個難點(diǎn)。
2)學(xué)生對點(diǎn)餐的常用功能句型有初步掌握,但還需更多在相應(yīng)的語境中運(yùn)用核心句型和重點(diǎn)詞匯進(jìn)行口頭語言輸出的操練。
3)學(xué)生在課堂上曾進(jìn)行過多次過程性寫作訓(xùn)練和反饋,對用于自評和互評的寫作評價表并不陌生,能夠較好運(yùn)用評價表給同伴的作文給出評價和建議。 3. 教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1)能將所學(xué)的食物名稱進(jìn)行分類;能夠分辨并能正確使用可數(shù)名詞和不可數(shù)名詞; 2)能運(yùn)用點(diǎn)餐的基本句型進(jìn)行詢問并點(diǎn)餐;
3)能運(yùn)用本單元所學(xué)的重點(diǎn)語言結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯,發(fā)揮獨(dú)特創(chuàng)意,為自己的餐館設(shè)計菜單并撰寫廣告;
4)能結(jié)合寫作評價表對其他小組寫的廣告做出全面客觀的評價并給出適當(dāng)建議;
5)能對“How to make a restaurant popular?” 這個問題有更好的理解和思考,滲透文化意識的培養(yǎng)。 4. 設(shè)計思路 整節(jié)課以“How to make a restaurant popular?” 這個問題為著眼點(diǎn),串聯(lián)起了different kinds of delicious food; good service; advertising 這三個方面的內(nèi)容,從而達(dá)到了對本單元功能和語法結(jié)構(gòu)的鞏固和復(fù)習(xí)。同時對于這個問題的思考和探討,也讓學(xué)生真正意識到: “The satisfied customer is the best strategy.” 5. 教學(xué)過程 (見教案) 6. 課后反思
英語寫作教學(xué)的有效反饋應(yīng)適時、適機(jī)、適當(dāng)?shù)刎灤┯谡麄教學(xué)過程中,反饋過程應(yīng)以“發(fā)現(xiàn)錯誤改正錯誤”為主線。老師首先要弄清學(xué)生的已有知識水平,糾正可能存在的錯誤觀點(diǎn)。通過和學(xué)生一起討論、制定作文的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),讓學(xué)生充分理解寫作目標(biāo);同時通過自我檢查、互評、閱讀評語等環(huán)節(jié),學(xué)生能夠?qū)ψ约旱淖髌纷鞒隽己谩⒊掷m(xù)的自我反饋,從而改進(jìn)寫作。

1. Shelf check 1: put the words you learned in different groups. Meat: pork, mutton, beef, fish, chicken

2. Self check 2: complete the sentences with the correct forms of the there be structure. 1) Customer: Excuse me, ______ _______ a fly in my porridge.
Waiter: Don’t worry, sir. That spider on your bread will soon get him. 2) Customer: ______ _______ two flies in my fish soup. Waiter: I know. But we are short of fish.
3) Customer: We ordered mutton noodles, but _______ _______ any mutton in the noodles. Waiter: Put on your glasses and you can see the mutton. Qs: What’s the problem in each conversation?
How does the customer feel?--surprised, angry
Which word should be stressed?--fly, two flies, isn’t any mutton. How does the waiter deal with the problem? --make funny jokes.
Does the restaurant offer good service? What’s the right way to deal with these problems? (e.g: I’m really sorry. Let me get you another bowl for free.)
Role-play the 3 conversations and pay attention to the stress and intonation.
3. Self check 3: act out a conversation with the help of the clues. (Check homework)
T: Now, it’s time for you to show your good service to the customer. Here are some sentences that may help you. Also when you act out the conversation, pay attention to your body language.

1. Look at the picture, and predict what kind of restaurant it is--a noodle restaurant. 2. Read the title and predict what it is about.
3. Put the ad in the right order and read it together.

How much are they?--We have...for only...!/You can try...for only...! (cheap) Are they delicious? –Yes, they are very good.
Does it have good service?--Yes, the waiters are very friendly.
