課程說明：
新課程在“課程目標”中指出英語教學的目標就是要根據學習者的生理和心理以及他們的發展需求，激發其學習英語的積極性和自信心，自主增加信息輸入，用生活中的英語來豐富自己的英語素養。建構主義認為，學習是一種活動過程，知識不是通過教師傳授就能得到的，而是學習者在一定的情境或社會活動中，借助他人的幫助以及利用必要的學習資料，通過建構意義的方式而獲得的。教師扮演的角色是引導者、助學者、鼓勵者、高質量輸入的提供者、咨詢者、學習者的好朋友，反饋的提供者。而多媒體和網絡則是學生在自主學習和合作探究時的借助媒體，保障學習者能有效地達到對所學知識的意義建構的工具。 信息技術環境軟硬件要求及搭建環境情況 教室內使用PPT.。
教學背景分析
本課是人教版英語七年級下第十單元的第二課時，是一節聽說課。本單元前一課時學生已經學習了一些關于食物的單詞和一些中國特色菜的英文表達方式，為本課的聽說練習做了語言的支撐。 教學目標
教學目標：在本節課結束時，學生能夠： 1. tell the names of some Chinese food.
2. tell sentences with “would like”, “some” “any”, and “Wh-questions”. 3. order food in the restaurant and on the phone. 重點：訂餐用語
難點：以小組的形式編一個訂餐的英語劇。
