一、課題概述
本模塊以童話故事為話題,主要講的是“愛麗絲漫游奇境”的故事。青少年比較喜歡童話故事,利用這種題材的文章進行教學有助于激發學生的參與意識和學習動機。同時,故事又是教授過去進行時很合適的體裁,既可以學習語法,又可培養敘述能力。
二、學習特征者分析
八年級學生的英語基礎知識雖然得到了加強,學習態度也有所好轉。但是學生整體的惰性還是很強,自覺性很差。另外,學生在情感態度,學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流;有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識;大多數同學沒有養成良好的學習習慣,不能做好課前預習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發現和總結語言規律,不注意知識的鞏固和積累。
三、教學目標 1.知識與技能目標:
(1)語音:能正確朗讀含有過去進行時的句子。
(2)詞匯:rabbit, tea party, fall, hole, strange, follow, ground (3)語法:過去進行時 (were / was doing) (4)功能:能夠描述過去正在進行的動作。 (5)話題:以童話故事為話題。 2.過程與方法目標:
(1)聽懂并熟讀對話,要達到把每個單詞的音都讀準。
(2)運用所學知識能夠詢問、介紹過去正在發生的事情和動作。 3.情感態度與價值觀目標:
(1)鼓勵學生多讀書,讀好書并能與故事中的人物共同感受。 (2)在欣賞故事的同時培養學生的移情能力。 四、教學重點、難點 1.理解對話的內容。

1.互動教學策略:包括課堂互動和課外互動兩部分。在課堂的互動要積極引起學生注意力,提出討論性的話題,形成師生互動。在課外的互動是教師要經常與學生交流、談心,從生活中了解學生的學習動態。
2.任務型教學策略:在中學英語教學中,給學生擴展知識,以作業形式增加學生知識儲備。
六、教學方法和學法指導
1.教師引導學生通過觀察、討論、交際等形式學習本課知識。 2.通過各種活動提高學生自學和合作學習的策略。 七、教學步驟

More pictures about Alice’s adventures in wonderland will be shown to the ss to help them know more about the story. Besides, it can help the ss to describe what the characters were doing and lay a good foundation for the later activity.

本節課的課題是“a famous story”, 主要語法知識是過去進行時was/were doing的正確使用,要求學生能利用這一語法知識進行交流。本節課我從始至終以這一語法知識為重點,貫徹交際性原則,很好地調動學生的學習積極性與學習興趣,運用了多種教學方法達到預期的教學目標。上課伊始,我以自己的動作演示開始,以現在進行時引出過去進行時態,然后,以自己和家人做的事情為內容,簡筆畫演示,對這一重點內容進行聽說訓練,在操練中注意到人稱變化。通過問答練習,使學生在語言環境中學習新知識的同時,學生的聽說能力得到訓練和提高,達到事半功倍的效果。此外,我將教材練習做適當改編,利用多媒體創設情境,促使學生感悟和體驗教學內容與生活的內在聯系,培養學生語言綜合運用能力。整個教學過程中采用了同桌對話,小組比賽,小組匯報等形式,使學生的思

維一直處于活躍狀態,不至于因單調的教學方式而感到疲勞。特別是單詞造句競賽和小組成員鏈式問答活動,恰當的解決了本課重難點——過去進行時。最后以“爬梯子”競賽活動的形式進行課堂訓練,達到了本課的高潮,學生們躍躍欲試,充分激發了學生的積極性和學習熱情,形成積極的學習態度與主動的學習方式,達到了本課的教學目標。
本課的不足和需要改進的地方有:課文閱讀應多找幾對同學來演示;對話練習過于簡單,應指導學生替換劃線部分,再多做練習;課文復述可以安排在描述人物圖片之后。
