1. Vocabulary: the usage of if, famous, education.
1) If you become a Lion, you’ll travel around the world.    2) He is famous as a writer.    3) Luoyang is famous for peonies. Moral goal:
  Learn to how to solve your problems. Teaching Method: Five-step teaching method Teaching Procedure: Step Ⅰ: Lead in    Are you happy? Step Ⅱ:Ask and answer.
   What do you think is the most important thing to you? Step III: listening practise
Listen to two conversations and finish 1b and 1c. Step IV: Language points  Research, summary & feedback
1. If you work hard, you will pass the exam.
2. If you drive too fast, you may have traffic accident 3. If you see Tom, tell him to come here. Step V: Pair work.
A: What do you think I should do?    Can you give me some advice? B: I think you should go to college.
A: But if I go to college, I’ll never become a great soccer player.
Step Ⅶ: Group work.
Discuss your problems in groups and solve them. Then act it out. Step Ⅶ: Emotional Education  Share some words with students. Step ⅩⅢ: Homework
Write a composition about your friend’s problem and possible solutions.
