一、教學目標: 1. 語言知識目標:
1)學生能夠談論學習和生活中(關于青春期的外貌、朋友和父母等)的問題。
2) 學生能夠根據問題運用下列句型提出具有針對性的建議. ① Why don’t you...? / Why not…? ②You could or should... 2.情感態度價值觀目標:
學生能夠具備良好的合作意識,能夠大膽表達自己的想法和意愿,能夠表述問題、給出建議。
學生能夠正確認識青春期的煩惱,能采用正確的方式解決生活中的問題,具備樂于助人的精神。 二、學情分析
在英語學習方面,八年級下學期的學生已經具備一定的英語基礎和興趣,可以運用英語在實際生活中進行一定的交流,可以對學習、生活中的問題進行談論并給出建議,但在給出建議能力上有待提升和學習。 三、教學重、難點 1. 教學重點:
1) 運用所學語言談論給出的問題. 2) 探討并運用下列句型給出合理的建議: ① Why don’t you……? / Why not……? ②You could or should....... 2. 教學難點:
能根據對方所提出的問題,給出一些合理的建議。 四、教學過程 Step 1. Warming up
1. Daily greetings. 2. Guessing game
Show one picture of Tuantuan and one of Liuxing in Home with Kids.
Invite some of the students to guess what’s wrong with them. 3. Free talk and lead-in.
Have a free talk with students about their solutions to their problems in study.Guide the students to do a volunteer work inHealth Center for Teenagersand introduce Dr. Known to the students.
(設計意圖:展示國寶大熊貓圖片和《家有兒女》中學生熟悉的劉星照片可以吸引學生注意力,引起學生學習的興趣,促使學生愉悅學習。同時,由學生劉星在青春期學習中的苦惱可以順暢地轉到學生生活中,讓學生討論自己針對學習中問題的解決辦法可以調動學生學習的自信心和激情.讓學生做生活、學習的主人,培養學生樂于助人的精神和助人解決問題的能力。) Step2. Presentation

(設計意圖:通過role-play加深學生對Peter 不喜歡Dr.Known 建議的印象,以防提出類似Peter 不合適的建議。) 4.Give advice.

Trouble, trouble, a friend of mine. Face it. Solve it. Get over it.
