教學指導思想和理論依據
《義務教育英語課程（2011年版）》中要求教師的教學要從學生的學習興趣、生活經驗和認知水平出發來設計教學活動，倡導體驗，實踐，參與、合作與交流的學習方式。教師可以給學生確定一項任務，讓學生在任務目標驅動下主動地通過做事情習得英語，從而激發學生學習英語的強烈愿望。執行任務的過程就是學生自然學習英語和將所學的英語運用到各種真實語境中的過程。學生通過完成教師設計的各種任從而學到的知識和技能轉化成在真實生活中運用英語的能力。
《義務教育英語課程（2011年版）》中對于初中階段學生的“聽”的技能中提到： 能聽懂有關熟悉話題的談話，并能從中提取信息和觀點。 能借助語境克服生詞障礙，理解大意。 能在聽的過程中用適當方式作出反應。 能針對所聽語段的內容記錄簡單信息。
《義務教育英語課程（2011年版）》中對于初中階段學生的“說”的技能中提到： 能就簡單的話題提供信息，表達簡單的觀點和意見，參與討論。 能與他人溝通信息，合作完成任務。 能根據話題進行情景對話。
教學背景分析
教材分析：
本課是外研版英語七年級下第5模塊第1單元，模塊話題對應《英語課程標準（2011）》話題項目表中的第11個話題購物中的子話題：購物計劃，商品，選擇，付款和個人喜好。 第一單元的對話以為媽媽挑選母親節禮物導入購物的話題，呈現了在不同場合下有關購物的一些交際用語。學生通過對話的學習，學會用“How many...?”“How much...?”對可數名詞和不可數名詞的數量進行提問，學會在真實語境中用“What color...?”“What size...?”“How much...?”對物品的顏色，尺碼，價格進行詢問，學會靈活使用購物用語，能創設情景進行交際，包括買賣物品，挑選商品，討價還價，付款等。達到能用英語進行交流購物，培養學生英語交際能力的目的。
學情分析：
本課授課對象是我校的七年級2班的同學，這個班是普通班，學生水平參差不齊，基礎普遍比較薄弱，但是這個班的同學能夠勇于發言。課前測顯示學生們在小學學過購物這一話題的相關內容，學生知道 How much 是詢問價錢，What color是詢問顏色 What size 是詢問號碼大小，但是不能用完整的句子詢問顏色,價格和衣服尺碼大小，另外也分不清How many和How much的區別。學生能夠說出strawberry, lemon,market, supermarket等詞匯，但是不會拼寫; 表示價格的half price， sale對于部分學生是陌生的。
教學目標：
在本節課結束時，學生能夠：
1、獲取對話中不同人物所購買的物品的時間、內容、數量和價格的相關信息；
2、(1) 理解所學內容并且用所學習的詞匯、句型和交際用語，作為一個顧客為家人購買禮品；
(2) 理解所學內容并且用所學習的詞匯、句型和交際用語，作為一個售貨員幫助顧客購買他/她所需要的禮品。
3、知道母親節的日期，能在母親節送母親一個禮物，說出對母親的感謝，做到感恩母親。
教學重、難點
教學重難點：
重點：詢問商品價格，顏色，大小，購買物品數量等相關句型如： What can I do for you? What colour does she like? What size does she take? How much would you like? How much is it/are they? Ten yuan a kilo. 難點：
1、價格表達法How much is...? 和How much are...?區別； 2、聽力中half price的理解；
3、對于What can I do for you? 和Can I help you ?的不同回答。
突破重、難點措施
1、通過向學生講述老師去年母親節收到的禮物讓學生熟悉相關句型和單詞，并且用自然拼讀法幫助 記憶單詞的拼寫。
2、通過反復播放聽力難點的上下文，讓學生在語境中體會half price 的意思。 3、通過聽對話，觀看視頻，學生討論，學生小組練習和內化價格表達法。 4、通過擬定真實的情景讓學生在情境中運用目標語言如價格表達法等。
