一、教學目標
1.知識目標：
（1）.能夠理解Let’s try 和Let’s talk對話大意，聽懂、用正確的語音語朗讀Let’s talk的內容。 （2）.能夠在語境中理解生詞different和active 的意思，并且能正確發音。
（3）.能夠運用Before , … Now, … 說出自己及他人的變化,并能正確運用時態。
2.能力目標：
通過各種形式的活動，能在圖片的幫助下，運用Before , … Now, … 說出自己及他人的變化,并能正確運用時態。
3.情感目標：
（1）學生英語學習的興趣。
（2）做生活的有心人關注生活的變化。 二、學情分析
本班都是六年級的學生,經過三年的英語學習學生對很多問題都有一定的推斷能力,在聽、說、讀、寫以及語言運用能力都有一定的水平。在課堂上緊緊結合這一年齡段學生的特點，老師可以用全英授課的方式進行,通過不同時期的不同照片進行對比，學生能夠很快地掌握Before和Now的區別以及理解對應的不同時態。
三、教學重難點
重點:能夠在聽懂、會說、理解Let’s talk的內容的基礎之上,描述自己與他人的變化,達到內化所學的知識。 難點:能夠正確運用一般現在時和一般過去時進行對比表達事物。
四、教學過程
Step1.Warm up and Lead in 1.Free talk:（互相問候，了解老師）
What’s your English name? Do you know my English name? Let’s know more about me.
Look,This is me(a photo).
This was me 23 years ago(another photo ) 2.Say my changes:（看照片說變化）
（借助自己過去和現在的圖片,引入本課話題,創設情境,同時調動學生學習興趣.將學生的注意力引向本課的話題。）
Step2:Presentation 1.Listen and choose
Look,this was mike’s photo.Is this photo for then or now? When was the photo taken?
（出示Mike 的老照片，初聽錄音,先幫助學生了解照片的拍攝時間是5年前,為后面學習Let’s try 的推斷降低學
生學習的難度)
(給出句型框架Before,Mike liked/had/was_______讓學生描述我n年前的Mike。)
2.listen and choose the answers:
Today Mike’s friends are visiting his home.
What are they talking about? What grade was Mike in?
(學生帶著問題有針對性地聽Let’s try并迅速找到答案， 有了之前的鋪墊所以學生很快能將答案找出。）
3.Look at mike’s old photo,let’s say something about the boy five years ago.
Before,he was in grade1,he had long hair,he liked pike,he was quiet.
4.There are two photos of Mike,this was for then and this is for now.Is Mike the same or different?
2.Watch the video and fill in the blank: How did Mike change?
(學生帶著問題看video ，完成表格的填寫.帶著任務進入動畫,初步感知文本的同時,使學生捕捉信息的能力得到提升。）
S:Now,Mike is in grade6,he has short hair,he doesn’t like pink,he was active in class.
6.Listen and Fill in the blanks. How did Jone change?
(學生回答goes cycling后繼續追問：What exercise is good exercise?幫助學生激活舊知識)
7.How do you think of Mike and Jone’s changes?(讓學生自由的發揮自己的想法）
8.Listen and repeat the dialogue.（提醒學生注意語音語調）
9.Read it in different roles . Step3.Consolidation
1.You know my changes,Mike and John are different.Boys and girls, Let’s talk about our changes:
Before I ...Now I...
(把課堂還給學生，讓學生說自己的改變，同時給出學生語言框架，以及可以討論的方面，讓學生有話可說，擴大學生的語言輸出量。）
2.Group work:Let’s make a storybook about the changes of our classmates.
(每個學生拿出手上的材料完成填寫，最后把所有孩子的變化做成storybook,小組合作制作有關過去和現在的故事集,不僅操練了句型,同時學生的動手能力、小組合作能力都得到了應有的鍛煉。）
Step4:Summary(情感教育）
Our life is very different now. It becomes better and better，but are all the changes are good?(讓學生看一些學生上網，看手機的照片）we should study hard. Step5:Homework
Find more pictures of changes on the Internet and talk about them.
