一、教學(xué)內(nèi)容:本部分主要學(xué)習(xí)三個(gè)學(xué)校設(shè)施名稱和幾個(gè)表示過(guò)去的時(shí)間短語(yǔ):dining hall,
gym, grass, … years ago, last year等,教材通過(guò)吳一凡和他爸爸的對(duì)話呈現(xiàn)核心詞匯。 二、教學(xué)目標(biāo):學(xué)生能夠聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀上述單詞和詞組,并能恰當(dāng)運(yùn)用所學(xué)詞匯描述某個(gè)地方
的過(guò)去和現(xiàn)在;能夠歸類學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)的各種時(shí)態(tài)中表示時(shí)間的短語(yǔ);了解唐朝人的生活狀態(tài)和條件,并能用簡(jiǎn)單的句子進(jìn)行描述。
三、學(xué)時(shí)重點(diǎn):三個(gè)有關(guān)學(xué)校設(shè)施名稱的單詞和幾個(gè)表示過(guò)去的時(shí)間短語(yǔ):dining hall, gym,
grass, … years ago, last year等;學(xué)生能運(yùn)用所學(xué)詞匯對(duì)某個(gè)地方的過(guò)去與現(xiàn)在的狀態(tài)和變化進(jìn)行描述。
四、學(xué)時(shí)難點(diǎn):There be … 句型的現(xiàn)在式和過(guò)去式的區(qū)分 五、教學(xué)過(guò)程: Step 1. Warm-up 1. Greeting
2. Look and say.
T shows a picture and asks: What is it? Whose is this school? What’s in his school?
(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:從第一課時(shí)Let’s talk部分的內(nèi)容入手,引出話題,讓學(xué)生能用There is …或There are …來(lái)描述吳一凡的學(xué)校)
Step 2. Lead-in and practice
1. T: Do you know what is near the school?
Ss say: Maybe there’s a … near the school. T: What can people do in the …? S: People can … in the …
2. T: There are some changes near the school. Look, last month there was no post office. Could
people … in the post office?
There was no café near the school 3 months ago. There was no cinema near the school last year. There was no motel near the school 8 years ago.
(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:以吳一凡學(xué)校周圍的變化為載體,老師引出四個(gè)表示過(guò)去的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ): last month, 3 months ago, last year, 8 years ago.在過(guò)去的變化中,引出過(guò)去式There was … People couldn’t … or People didn’t …在描述的過(guò)程中,引入café和motel 兩個(gè)新單詞,為下面的操練作好鋪墊。)
3. T says: Also there are some changes in theschool. What was the school like last month/ 9
months ago/ last year/ 20 years ago? Let’s listen to the tape.
(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:老師從上一步學(xué)校周圍的變化轉(zhuǎn)到學(xué)校內(nèi)部的變化。以聽(tīng)力的形式展現(xiàn),重現(xiàn)四個(gè)表示過(guò)去的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ):last month, 9 months ago, last year和20 years ago。) 4. T asks: Whatwas the school like last month?
S: There was no grass in the school last month. T: Could the students run on the grass? S: Students couldn’t run on the grass.
T asks: What was the school like 9 months ago/ last year/ 20 years ago? S: There was no … in the school 9 months ago/ last year/ 20 years ago.
5. T: Now let’s look at the changes in the school. What was the school last month/ 9 months
ago/ last year/ 20 years ago?
6. T: Can you say the changes in the school?
(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:教師提問(wèn)What was the school like … ago? 學(xué)生根據(jù)錄音內(nèi)容回答問(wèn)題。在學(xué)生回答的過(guò)程中,教師對(duì)三個(gè)新詞grass, dining hall, gym進(jìn)行教學(xué)。學(xué)生在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,進(jìn)一步對(duì)There was no … People couldn’t … People didn’t …進(jìn)行操練。最后學(xué)生能以篇章的形式對(duì)學(xué)校的變化進(jìn)行一個(gè)整體地描述。)

1. T: So it was the school 20 years ago? Was it Wu Yifan’s school? Yes, it was his father’s school.

T: Ok, let’s say something about the old school. (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:從吳一凡爸爸的學(xué)校過(guò)渡到爺爺?shù)膶W(xué)校。爺爺?shù)膶W(xué)校在第一課時(shí)Let’s talk中已經(jīng)進(jìn)行教學(xué)。本課中老師讓學(xué)生看著學(xué)校的圖片回憶出爺爺?shù)膶W(xué)校。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,老師對(duì)There were no …這一句型進(jìn)行教學(xué)。)
2. T: Look, it was an old picture of a school. I have another old picture not about the school, but
about the city. Our foreign teacher gave the picture with many mistakes.
For example: There were no gyms. So people couldn’t play table tennis in the gym. Actually it was in the Tang Dynasty. Also we can say many years ago or at that time. Please fine out more mistakes in your groups.
(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:老師從爺爺?shù)睦蠈W(xué)校的照片過(guò)渡到一張更老的照片。通過(guò)觀察,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)圖中有很多的錯(cuò)誤。在描述的過(guò)程中,老師告知學(xué)生這張圖片的年代是in the Tang Dynasty, 我們也可以說(shuō)many years ago或者at that time。接下來(lái)學(xué)生以組為單位對(duì)圖中的錯(cuò)誤進(jìn)行討論,然后全組同學(xué)匯報(bào)。)

1. T: It was a city in Tang Dynasty. Now it has changed a lot. Our world has changed a lot too.

about our city. Do you want to have a look?

看的過(guò)程中,老師和同學(xué)們一些交流:What is it? What can you do there? It was built in the year of … How many years ago there was no …? Could people … there … ago?等等,在此環(huán)節(jié)中,老師把所有在本課中涉及的語(yǔ)句進(jìn)行一次再現(xiàn),為下面的小組展示作好鋪墊。) Step 5. Consolidation
