B. Read and write教學設計
【教學目標】 1、知識目標:
(1)通過讀前活動,運用本單元的一般過去式句型完成討論并預測故事的進一步發(fā)展,在閱讀中進一步學習吳一凡的日記,完成相應的排序、回答問題等任務,在談論自己又糟糕又快樂的一天的場景中感知重點句型的語義及語用情景:It was a bad day but also a good day.
( 2 ) 學生能夠在圖片和教師的幫助下,理解圖片及對話,并運用一般過去式及儲備詞匯輸出有效信息,并養(yǎng)成按照意群朗讀和閱讀的習慣。 2、技能目標:
(1)學生能根據(jù)所學詞匯和句型,講述吳一凡的一天,討論自己又糟糕又快樂的一天。
(2)能夠在語境中理解生詞bought gifts, ate delicious food, basket, took pictures, part, licked以及l(fā)aughed。 3、情感目標:
激發(fā)學生的自強與自我保護意識,凡事都有好壞兩面,在我們的努力下壞事也能轉(zhuǎn)化為好事。 【教學重點】
1、句型:It was a bad day but also a good day.
2、詞匯:bought gifts, ate delicious food, basket, took pictures, part, licked以及l(fā)aughed 【教學難點】
1、學生能夠在語境中理解生詞bought gifts, ate delicious food, basket, took pictures, part, licked以及l(fā)aughed。
2、在具體的語境中,理解并使用下列句型:It was a bad day but also a good day.
【教學準備】
1、教師準備與本課時相關(guān)音視頻、單詞卡片,教學掛圖及課件。 【教學過程】 Step 1:熱身互動 1) Greeting
2) Play a game: catch the helicopter
(設計意圖:通過游戲來復習本單元的主要內(nèi)容,并激活舊知,快速投入到英語學習中來。) Step2 預授準備 1) Let’s enjoy!
T: Do you like animals? Let’s enjoy some pictures.
( bears,cats,eagle,elephant,pandas, giraffe,swans,penguins,dolphins,dogs)
2) Elicit “dogs”
T: Animals are our friends. What are your favourite animals? Ss: Cats. /Dogs./ Rabbits…
T: Dogs are my favourite animals. I’ve seen many dogs. Let’s have a look. Dogs I met...
Its name was Tom. He dressed up as a superman.
This dog was Betty. She helped the man sell books. I also bought some books. Max was a big dog. He was very friendly. She jumped on the girl and licked her! I laughed!
(設計意圖:從動物的話題縮小到dog的主題,讓學生在感知對動物的喜愛的同時,為學生感受吳一凡和Max在一起的愉悅做好鋪墊。)
3)Free talk
T: If you had a dog, what did you do with your dog? .Ss: We ... together. / I ... with my dog.
Step3 教授新知
1) Discuss with your partner.
T: Wu Yifan had a dog. Its name was Max, too. Here are two questions for you. Q1: How did Wu Yifan meet Max? Q2: What will happen next?
Tips: 1. Look at the pictures carefully. 2. Discuss with your partner.
3. You can use these words: couldn't, find, saw, lost, took.... Wu Yifan: What’s your name? How about Max?
2) Let’s answer.
T: How did Wu Yifan meet Max?
Ss: Wu Yifan couldn't find his cap. Then he saw a dog. T: What will happen next? Let’s look at the pictures and guess. Ss: Wu Yifan took Max to his parents. They will be a family. T: Yes. Look at their faces. Everyone is .... Ss: Everyone is happy.
(設計意圖:從吳一凡和Max相遇到一起生活,讓學生感知情感的升華,以及在情景中運用目標句型。)
3) Enjoy Wu yifan’s dairy. Read and number. T: Read it by yourself and try to number the pictures. Ss: 2 3 1
(設計意圖:在欣賞日記的過程中幫助學生理解本節(jié)課的重點詞匯,并感知不愉快以及快樂的情感轉(zhuǎn)化。)
4) Read again and answer the questions: 1. What was the date? 2. How was the weather? 3. Where did Max sit?
4. What did they do in the morning?
5. Why did they stay in the hotel in the afternoon? 6. Who did Max like? 7. What did Max do to Robin? 8. How was the day?
5) Read freelyand find.(動詞過去式)
T: So it was a bad day but also a good day for Wu Yifan. What was bad? What was good? Read and talk about the bad and good things.
T: What was bad?
Ss: Mum ate some bad fruit and didn't feel well. We stayed in the hotel. T: What was good?
Ss: They rode a bike for three people, took pictures, ate delicious food, bought some gifts, dressed up and made a funny played, laughed and laughed. 6) A bad but also a good day!
Step4 Consolation Write about your day.
