2學情分析
教學對象是五年級學生,他們已經(jīng)正式學習了兩年多的英語,有著一定的基礎(chǔ),已經(jīng)掌握了部分交通工具的英文單詞。又由于他們的年齡特點,課堂上要通過歌曲等吸引他們的注意力,要讓他們廣泛參與到教學活動中來。
3重點難點
1)學生能夠辨別交通工具。
2)掌握句型How do you come to school? I come to school...,并運用所學進行交流。

4.1第一學時
4.1.1教學活動
活動1【導入】Pre-task preparations
1. (show some photos of Xinmin Primary School) T: Look at the photos.Do you know what place is it?
2. Sing a song.
Students listen to the song Our school will shine and sing together.
活動2【講授】While-task procedures
1. T: I live far from our school. I come to school by bus. How do you come to school?
S1: I come to school by bike.
引出核心詞匯by bike和核心句型How do you come to school? I come to school...
(write the key words and the key patterns on the blackboard.)
用同樣的方法教學by bus, by car和on foot,告訴學生on foot和walk的區(qū)別。
2.通過playground引入underground,用bus引入school bus,學生跟著老師讀。
活動3【活動】Ask and answer
T: How do you come to school? Students who have the same way to school can stand up and answer together.
活動4【講授】 Listen and say.
1. 讓學生帶著問題觀看Listen and say的視頻。
Questions: How does Joe/ Alice/ Kitty/ Peter come to school?
2. Students watch the video.
3.Ask individual students to answer the questions.
4. Ask for more details about the dialogue.
活動5【練習】Think and write.
Complete Jill's note on Student's Book5A page9. Check the answers together.
活動6【活動】Role-play
1. Play the cassette for the dialogue, students listen and read after it.
2. In groups, students role play the dialogue.
3. Invite some groups to read the dialogue.
活動7【練習】Read and complete.
Students read and complete the text Going to school. And then check the answers.
