3. 能完成“Draw and ask”部分的繪畫和問答任務。 4. 引導學生感受自然之美，培養學生熱愛大自然的美好情感。 教學重點
1. 能聽、說、讀、寫單詞“forest”，“river”，“lake”，“mountain”和“hill”。
2. 能在創設的實際情景中靈活運用句型“Is there a …?”，“Yes, there is.”。 教學難點
單詞“mountain”的發音較難，要帶領學生反復操練。 教學準備
1. 教師準備多媒體課件、錄音機和錄音帶、詞卡。 2. 學生準備畫筆和畫紙。 教學過程
一、課前熱身（Warm-up） 1. Free talk
T: Good morning, everyone. How are you today? Ss: Fine, thank you. T: Nice to see you again. Ss: Nice to see you, too.
2. 教師播放歌曲“A photo of me”的錄音，全班學生跟著錄音大聲唱歌曲，然后讓學生分男女生比賽唱歌曲，活躍課堂氣氛，激發學生的學習熱情。 二、課前預習（Preview）
教師出示兩張圖片，一張是城市環境惡劣的圖片，另一張是城市井然有序、空氣清新的圖片，問：“Which picture do you like? Why?”。
教師再出示兩張圖片，一張是遭受污染的鄉村圖片，；另一張是環境優美的鄉村圖片，問：“Which picture do you like? Why?”
三、新課呈現（Presentation） 1. A. Let’s learn (1) 教學新單詞
① 教師用簡筆畫在黑板上畫一棵樹，問：“What’s this?”，學生回答：“It’s a tree.”，然后教師再添加幾棵樹，說：“Now it’s a forest. Read after me, please. Forest, it’s a forest.”。
② 教師在樹旁邊畫一條小河，說：“Oh, there is a river. Read after me, please. River, there is a river.”。
③ 教師在小河旁邊畫一個湖，說：“What’s beside the river? It’s a lake. Read after me, please. Lake, it’s a lake.”。 ④ 教師在樹的另一邊畫一座大山和一座小山，說：“Look, there is a mountain and a hill beside the forest. The big one is the mountain and the small one is the hill.”
⑤ 教師總結：Look at the blackboard now. There is a nature park. How beautiful! Let’s have a look at some nice nature park.
⑥ 教師用多媒體課件出示幾幅漂亮的自然公園圖片，幫助學生領略自然公園之美。
(2) 教師帶領學生讀幾遍單詞，在領讀時要把單詞“mountain”的發音讀清楚，及時幫助學生糾正錯誤的發音。 (3) 教師指著黑板上自然公園中的河流，問：“Is there a river in the park”，引導學生回答：“Yes, there is.”。
(4) 教師播放教學錄音，全班學生跟著錄音讀，提醒學生在跟讀的過程中注意模仿錄音中的語音、語調。
(5) 學生同桌合作，利用情景圖中提供的信息替換示例對話中的關鍵詞，編寫對話，然后請幾位學生上講臺表演。 2. A. Draw and ask
(1) 學生同桌合作，拿出畫筆和畫紙，畫出一個自然公園圖。
(2) 學生同桌用句型“Is there a … in front of / beside / behind / … the …?”進行問答練習。 四、鞏固延伸（Consolidation & Extension） 1. 課堂練習——填入所缺字母，補全單詞：

師生一起總結本節課學習的詞匯和句型，學生說出自己還有哪些不懂的地方，師生一起討論解決。 六、布置作業（Homework）
1. 將本節課學習的新單詞在四線三格內抄寫六遍。 2. 聽錄音，跟讀“Let’s learn”部分內容。
