本課選自PEP小學英語教材四年級上冊第4單元A部分Let’s talk，本單元的主題是“My home”，談論家里的居室及相關設施。Let’s talk部分學習的核心句型是：Where is she? Is she in the living room? Is she in the study? Yes, she is. No, she isn’t. She’s in the kitchen通過Sarah和Amy尋找貓的情境，讓學生感知句型的語義及語用功能。
教學 設計 說明
●本課設計按照“課堂交際化、交際活動化、活動任務化、任務真實化、學習生活化”的教學思想設計教學內容，突出課堂的四個核心，即“質與量，識與能，學與用，情與境”。
●本課設計以培養學生語言運用能力為宗旨，以學生為主體，以活動為主線，以任務為中心，結合學生的認知特點與能力，采用合作學習、情境教學和任務型教學等方法，利用聲音，游戲和多媒體等圖文并茂，靈活多樣的教學方式，多重感官的刺激來充分調動學生積極參與活動。學生有一定的獨立性和自主性，因此設計了一些符合學生興趣、符合生活實際的任務型活動，培養學生進行合作學習、自主學習，為學生創設一個較真實的英語氛圍，讓學生自然地運用所學語言，發展學生的多元智能，培養用英語思維的能力，逐步形成綜合語言的運用能力。

1. 能學會如何用所學句型進行交際，學有所用。 2. 在情境當中體驗語言的語用環境及語用功能。 3. 學會正確地朗讀對話，掌握一定的朗讀技巧。 ●情感態度與價值觀：
