一.教學內容分析:
本課時是小學英語PEP教材四年級上冊Unit 6《 Meet My Family》的第一課時。這一單元主要圍繞“家庭”這一題材開展,讓學生能用英語簡單介紹自己的家庭,能用英語說出家庭成員的稱呼以及家庭成員的職業。我借助“任務型”教學法,采用多樣化的教學手段,將聽、說、玩、演、唱融于一體,激發學生學習英語的興趣,使學生通過合作學習體驗榮譽感和成就感,從而樹立自信心,發展自主學習的能力,形成初步用英語進行簡單日常交際的能力。本科室的教學教師還充分利用Unit 3 My Friends舊知識,從而降低學習的難度,并使知識得以循環鞏固。
二.教學目標及重難點: ■教學目標: 1.知識與技能
⑴能夠聽、說、認讀單詞: family ,parents, uncle ,aunt ,baby brother,sister,cousin , puppy 及句型:“How many people are there in your family?"和答語。 ⑵能夠將本節所學單詞及句型運用于實際情境中。 2.過程與方法
采用以舊知帶新知、小組合作、角色扮演、課件展示等方法,使學生掌握本課重點單詞及句型。
3.情感態度與價值觀
培養學生熱愛家庭,熱愛生活的美好情感。 ■教學重難點:
教學重點:掌握單詞: family ,parents, uncle ,aunt ,baby brother,sister,cousin , puppy 及句型:“How many people are there in your family?"和答語。 教學難點:
單詞parents, uncle ,aunt的讀音。
句型How many people are there in your family? 的實際運用。
能用英語簡單介紹自己的家庭。
教學過程
Step 1 Warm – up
齊唱歌曲《I love my family》
(設計意圖:師生共唱歌曲,不但渲染了課堂氣氛,復習了舊知,也很自然地導入了本課的新知,為本課的學習做好了鋪墊。)
Step 2 Presentation ①Greeting:
T: Good morning, boys and girls! Ss: Good morning, Miss Wang.
T: Look at the picture of a family . Who is he ? (出示一張班里同學的家庭照片,引出本節課的主題。)
Ss: He is Zhai Yihao.
T: How many people are there in Zhai Yihao’s family? S: Three.
領生齊讀每個單詞的首字母,組成新單詞family. 教學單詞family.
再次指著全家福照片, T: This is Zhai Yihao’s father and this is Zhai Yihao’s mother. They are his parents! In the family , we call father and mother parents .What’s the meaning ?教學單詞parents .
出示父母圖片練習句型:They are parents .
② T: We know Zhai Yihao’s family has three people , What about Amy ’s and
Chen Jie’s family? Watch the video , and answer me two questions. Q1: How many people are there in Chen Jie’s family ? S: Three. (My parents and me)
Q2: How many people are there in Amy ’s family ?
S: Six. (My dad, my mum, my sister, my baby brother and me . And my little puppy.)
(設計意圖:通過任務型教學來學習本對話,學生不但學會了知識,而且學會了運用,同時也鍛煉了學生的聽力和處理問題的能力。)
③ 出示一張我的全家福(卡通圖片)問學生我的家里有幾口人,然后引出“My family
has six people.”這句話。
T: “This is my family , How many people are there in my family ?“ S: Six.
T:“This is my parents.This is my husband. This is my daughter. This is my son, It’s me. My family has six people.” ④ Watch the video again , and tell me
Q1: We know Chen Jie’s family has three people. Who are they? Q2: We know Amy ’s family has six people. Who are they?
S: Chen Jie’s parents and Chen Jie .
S: Amy ’s dad, Amy ’s mum, Amy ’s sister, Amy ’s baby brother and Amy . And Amy ’s little puppy.
(觀看視頻,做選擇題然后說出答案)
⑤ 介紹puppy,文化滲透西方人養狗是為了陪伴自己,人們把狗視為家人,視為踏實
的朋友,他們看中狗的跟隨與忠誠,喜愛它,贊美它,把它比喻為人,親切地稱之為“he”。
“The puppy is a lovely family member.”
⑥ 各種形式的表演對話:齊讀,跟讀,角色扮演,同位兩個起來表演。 ⑦出示“ 家庭樹“ 的主干圖片,依次展示舊知—三年級學過的家庭成員 T: “It’s me”
師指著爸爸問“ Who is he ? ” 生答 ”father / dad .” 以同樣的方式引出 “ mom , grandpa , grandma „” 導入新知:uncle
T: Look! He is my dad ‘ s brother , Who is he ? Ss: 叔叔!
T: Yes! He’s my uncle .教讀單詞uncle . 導入新知:aunt 出示aunt 圖片
I: Guess! She is your father’s or mother’s sister ,how can we call her ? Ss: 阿姨!
T: Yes! We can call her aunt. 教讀單詞aunt 導入新知:cousin
出示 brother /sister 的圖片
T:This is my aunt’ s kid . This is my brother / sister. T: We can call them “cousin”. 教授單詞 cousin
出示baby brother / sister 的圖片 T: Look! It’s a baby , yes ? Ss: Yes!
T: He is my brother , so I can call him baby brother .教讀單詞 baby brother
Step 3 Practice talk(Pair work)
學生們拿出事先準備好的照片,根據自己的實際情況結合本節課學過的內容,做對話創編練習。
A:How many people are there in your family ?
B: _____. My family has ____ people. My _____, my _____, my ... and me.
Step 4 Consolidation and improvement
①Students introduce his or her family member .
先觀看學生介紹自己家庭成員的視頻,然后請在座的其他同學拿著自己的全家福向全班同學介紹自己的家庭。
②Talk about your family! 1.自我介紹:
Hello! I am ______ .(名字) I am ____ years old.(年齡) 2.介紹家庭成員----媽媽 This is my mom .
She is _____ and _____. (介紹長相) She has ____________ . (介紹特點) She is a / an ____________ . (介紹職業) 3.介紹家庭成員----爸爸 This is my dad .
He is _____ and _____ . (介紹長相) He has ____________ . (介紹特點) He is a / an ___________.(介紹職業) 4.介紹家庭成員----哥哥、弟弟/ 姐姐、妹妹 This is my brother/sister. He / She is _________. 5 總結家里有幾口人
My family has ________(數量)people . I love my family.
(設計意圖:通過該環節,不僅使知識系統化,而且培養了學生善于總結,善于歸納的能力。)
Step 5 Emotional sublimation 看關于家庭的公益廣告。
Father and mother protect us and love us , let’s say :thank you dad , thank you mom “
“Father and mother I love you , I love my family.”(配合手上的動作。) Step 6 Homework
1. When you go back home and see your family members ,call them in English, tell them : I love you! and try to say something about them .
2. Make a card to introduce your family and show their photos , bring the card to our school and talk about your family members with your friends .
