Unit 2 The United Kingdom教學設計
一、教學目標
(1)強化略讀、細讀等閱讀技能,訓練通過尋找關鍵詞、主題句等方式更快速并準確地確定文章的段落大意,理清文章的總體框架與脈絡。
(2)使學生對英國發展有大致的了解,同時了解英國的地理位置,社會文化,歷史發展等方面的知識。
(3)在小組合作互動中,增強學生的團隊合作精神。 (4)培養學生自主學習的能力。 二、教學重點難點
1.教學重點:文章篇章結構的理解和把握。
2.教學難點:如何提高學生對文章的整體把控能力以及學生的邏輯思維能力是難點。 三、教學方式
1、本課采用導入—快速閱讀—文本分析—語用分析—小組合作—課后作業六大板塊構成的閱讀教學模式,調動廣大同學的學習積極性。
2、培養學生與老師、同學交流信息,交換看法,小組合作學習和自主探究學習。
3、采用多媒體課件作為主要的教學手段,同時,借助黑板、粉筆、多媒體等輔助手段開展教學活動。 四、教學過程 1、Lead-in
通過看文章題目,預測文章要講述的內容;給學生看一則關于英國的新聞,引起學生閱讀的興趣,導入課文。 2、Fast-reading
快速略讀文章,把握文章大意;同時對文章進行分成三部分,概括三部分的大意。 任務一 Skim the passage and find its main idea. What is the text mainly about?
A. How many countries consist of the United Kingdom? B. Explain how England is divided into three zones
C. The reason why London became the cultural capital of England.
D. A brief introduction to the UK about its foundation and development based on geography, history and culture, etc.
