【教學解析】
本課主要是一節閱讀課,根據《英語課程標準》及《英語教學大綱》的要求,在本節課的教學過程中,采用“小組合作“以及“任務型”的教學途徑,思維導圖及多媒體輔助教學,增強趣味性和直觀性,增大課堂容量,提高課堂效率,面向全體同學,在閱讀過程中幫助學生掌握知識、發展能力、形成正確的價值觀。 【教學目標】 1. 語言知識目標:
1) 學習掌握下列詞匯:object, magic, stick, hide, tail, turn…into, excite, western 2)閱讀短文,能按要求找到相應的信息,提高學生們的閱讀能力。 3) 了解《西游記》中美猴王這一人物的大體情況。 2. 情感態度價值觀目標:
多閱讀中國傳統文學名著,讓學生們明白中國傳統文化的博大、精深,并吸取中國傳統文化中的精華。 【教學重難點】
1. 教學重點: 1) 掌握本部分出現的生詞和詞組,達到熟練運用的目標。 2) 閱讀短文,獲得相關的信息。通過閱讀練習,來提高閱讀能力。 2. 教學難點:1) 閱讀短文,獲得相關的信息的能力。
2) 理解并運用所學的詞匯及表達方式來講述故事。 【教學過程】Step 1 Lead-in
(情景1)Invite students to discuss the picture, to know the characters from Journey to the West. (Master:Monk Tang, Senior Brother :Monkey King, Second Brother:Piggy, Brother: Sandy and white horse.)
(情景2)1.Watch a video about the Monkey King; 2. Discuss pictures about the Monkey King.Introduce new phrases:turn himself into, make changes, and magic stick.
[設計意圖] 通過觀看影像和談論圖片引出話題,激發學生的興趣,引入新課。

Read the passage quickly, and match the right main ideas of each paragraph. (Use the mind map to help master.)
Step 4 Careful reading
Read the three paragraphs, find out the details. Then retell three paragraphs.
Finish three questions of three paragraphs. Then Play the tape sentence by sentence, ask students to read after the tape.

Invite several students to summary what we’ve learned according to the related pictures.
Use the mind maps to help sum up words and phrases. [設計意圖]讓學生鞏固本課所學的知識,結合自己的語言進行總結,完成語言輸出。

Step 8 Affective education
Play several pictures about foreigners learn Chinese culture. Then sum up that Learn Chinese culture and tell it to the world !
