1. T: Everyone of us has good friends.What’s he/she like? S: He/She is tall/outgoing/quiet……
2. People sure change.What did his/her friend use to look like?
Today we will describe him/her past and now. 教學活動2[熟悉單詞，為對話的練習做準備] 1.Revision the words.
(1) Say out some words describing people. (2) Some words about appearance will describe how people look.Other words about personality will describe
what people are like.
(3) Fill in the chart with the words.
教學活動3[通過聽力的方式熟悉本節課的句型結構，掌握used to 的用法。] Listening
(1) Write two dates side by side on the
blackboard.The first is today’s date, including the year, and the ssecond is the same day, but ten years ago. (2) Use words or phrases to describe that student now.
(3) Ask students to suggest words or phrases that describe him/her ten years ago.
(4) We use “used to” to talk about things that have changed.
(5) Play the recording . (6) Check the answers.

反 思
可取之處：
1、我采用了英語中的“任務型教學”。通過給學生設置
問題，讓他們通過思考來解決，因為整節課的設計比較貼近生活，所以整堂課的氣氛比較活躍，學生們參與表現的積極性比較高，這是我們在初三授課過程中難得出現的狀態。我想這多少也體現了“在學中用，在用中學”的教學理念。
2、在第三課時1a的教學過程中我利用了圖片教學手段，不僅吸引了學生的注意力，而且也提高了教學效果。在這節聽力課堂中，，我設計了幾個不同形式的活動，各項活動都
是有序有效的進行，在活動中，學生較好地完成了教學任務。同時，在聽力教學過程中，我將聽力材料設計成為了各種各樣的練習題，做到了以聽促寫。
不足之處：
1、在第一課時中由于我將知識點進行了揉合，耽誤了課堂時間，以至于沒有完成聽力訓練，沒有達到預期的教學效果，沒有做到聽說讀寫相結合。因此，在以后的教學過程中，我應該合理的安排課堂活動和時間。
2、在課堂活動安排中，特別是進行小組活動中，有個別學生的自控能力比較差，所以從外觀看，課堂顯得有點不太嚴肅。只有成績好的學生參與度比較高，然而，成績差的學生只是感受到學習的快樂氛圍，卻融入不了其中。這也是本節課很遺憾的地方。
3、在上課的過程中，我在調動課堂氣氛方面還是做得有些欠缺，這一點是我今后要努力的。同時，上課的時候，我的語速有點過快，時間的安排有些前緊后松。另外，活動與活動之間的過渡不自然，以至于許多學生不知道該干什么，這一點是需要改進的。
4、從課堂小組的反應來看，本節課我是盡量采取全英教學，口語盡量簡單易懂。但是小組活動中只有少數人明白該做什么該怎樣去做，大部分學生并不知道，所以小組活動中顯得有點蒼白無力，沒有達到預期效果，比較遺憾。
