設計的基本理念:
根據《英語新課程標準》教學注重“工具性”和“人文性”統一的要求,學生通過英語課程掌握基本的英語語言知識,發展基本的英語聽、說、讀、寫技能;學生通過英語學習能夠開闊視野,豐富生活經歷,形成跨文化意識。工具性和人文性統一的英語課程有利于為學生的終身發展奠定基礎。
教材分析:
本單元以 Customs 為話題,談論不同國家的不同文化習俗,滲透跨文化交際意識,使學生了解不同的文化習俗和不同的禮儀。語言學習需要大量的輸入,豐富多樣的課程資源有利于英語語言學習。本課時是一節寫作課及復習課,通過復習在前幾個課時學過的各國不同的見面禮來導入的基礎上,結合學生實際情況,我對本節課教材進行了優化調整、補充刪減,運用大量能調動學生積極性的資料,巧妙安排教學過程,逐步推進教學深度。
學生分析
九年級的學生,語言感知能力比較強,本單元話題customs能激起學生的好奇心,調動學生學習英語的積極性,培養他們主動探究認識世界的能力。使學生在語言能力、學習能力、文化品格、思維品質等方面都得以提升。
教學目標
《課程標準》中說:英語教學的目的是培養學生運用語言進行交際的能力,為用而學、在用中學、學了就用,因此我把本課的教學目標定為以下幾個方面: 知識目標

1.學生學會運用重點單詞短語來組詞成句,并且有邏輯地組句成篇。
2.學生能夠總結、歸納、鞏固、運用本單元的重點短語及句型表達不同的習俗。 情感目標
學習不同國家的習俗禮儀,尊重不同的文化,養成良好的習慣,做文明的人。 學習策略
1. 認知策略。注重學生的學前預習準備;在英語學習中集中注意力、觀察力、模仿力。 2. 交際策略。培養學生的合作意識。通過兩人對話;四人合作靈活運用目標語言。
教學重難點 重點:
1. 運用重點句型be supposed to, be expected to, It’s polite to進行寫作。 2. 讓學生在聽說讀的基礎上,有條理地輸出語言。 難點:
有條理并且有邏輯地進行語言輸出。 教學方法
1. 課堂教學中才用視聽教學法。利用微課和網絡平臺來吸引學生的課堂注意力,使學生積極地投入到英語學習中。
2. 任務型教學法。創設情景,提供有意義的任務,鼓勵學生自主學習。 學習方式
學生通過小組合作和比較、歸納總結不同國家的習俗。

②Learn how to write letter about the customs to tell others.
③Write letters on the Internet.
①From speaking to writing, Ss are able to practice their ability in different sides.
② To make sure that the Ss will write letters about customs with the target languages.
③The Internet can help teachers check all the Ss’ work and give their advice.
Step 6 Summary
Help Ss summarize what they learnt in class.
