一、 學情分析
本班大部分學生對英語學習有濃厚興趣和愿望,喜歡任務型的教學活動,有較強的求知欲和表現欲,但部分學生由于小學基礎不夠扎實,存在不自信,羞于表現等思想顧慮。還有一小部分學生基礎較差,對英語學習的內在動力不足,沒有學習毅力和良好的學習習慣,容易開小差,跟不上。因此在教學中需要努力營造寬松、和諧、活躍的教學氛圍,設計一些適合他們的活動或小組合作的活動,讓上層學生可以幫助他們一起完成任務,使他們克服恐懼心理,大膽運用英語交流,讓他們體驗成功的喜悅,提高他們的自信心。
二、 教材分析
本課時設計的是本單元第三課時,即SectionB的新授課。通過前面兩個課時的學習,學生對時間順讀法有了一定認識和理解,而本課時將學習更高層次的時間表達法,用past和to的逆讀法,這對于初一的學生是比較困難的,同時會用到half和quarter這兩個時間表達詞匯,以及in the morning/afternoon/evening等的出現對初一的學生來說都是一個不小的挑戰。其二,要求熟練使用目標語言談論自己和詢問他人的日常作息習慣,掌握句型“—When do they usually eat breakfast?—They usually eat breakfast at a quarter to seven.” 以及第三人稱單數的句型“—When does Tom usually get up?—He usually gets up at half past five in the morning.”本課時要注重聽說的訓練。
三、 教學安排
本課用1 課時完成,45分鐘。設計多樣化、多元化,提高學生學習的主動性,培養他們交際英語的能力。課文1e部分做了調整,在完成1c,1d之前設計一個飛行棋的游戲,學生充分操練了所學的重點難點和句型,也為1d檢測答案時學生可以與同桌一問一答的方式完成任務做好了鋪墊。而且飛行棋設計的句型操練比1e單純問Tom’s day 豐富很多,學生還可以

對比句型,加深理解。最后的拓展部分—分享彼此的周末,向好的同學學習,開闊學生的思維,積累詞匯,不再限于討論平時上學日的日常(在SectionA兩課時已經學了很多日常詞組且在本課時1b,1c部分用進行鞏固)。平時上學日,很多同學都差不多,但周末有的同學過得很有意義,充實,有的卻很懶惰,學習很被動,浪費很多時間。因此設計分享周末,讓他們在活動中互相學習良好的作息習慣,不但在上學日、周末、或假期都要學會珍惜時間。
四、 教學思路
本課時從“理解學習—初步體驗—鞏固運用—綜合運用”的思路進行教學。本課時以聽說為主線,強調的是全員參與,既有個人競爭,同時又有倆倆合作或小組合作的活動方式進行教學。內容設計循序漸進,運用各種形式,如游戲、比賽、小組活動、相互分享、匯報等。
五、 教學目標:
1. 語言知識目標
1) 學生能掌握以下詞匯及短語:
half, past, quarter, homework, run, walk, clean,do one’s homework,take a walk 2) 學生掌握時間的表達法,即順讀法和逆讀法。能運用past,to,half past ,a quarter來表達時間。
3) 學生能掌握以下句型
--When do they usually eat breakfast?
--They usually eat breakfast at a quarter to seven. —When does Tom usually get up? —He usually gets up at half past five. 2. 語言技能目標
1)學生會用past和to 表達相應時間以及quarter和half的用法。 2)學生能靈活運用目標句型“When do you...? ”進行對話和交流。
3)學生能聽懂談論日常作息時間,并獲取有效信息,同時發展對目標語言的聽說能力。
3. 情感態度價值觀目標
通過互相詢問和談論自己或對方的作息時間安排和活動計劃,可以培養學生良好的作息習慣和守時習慣。

在教學過程中貫徹以學生為中心的原則,通過觀察理解學習,來引導學生詢問時間以及談論與時間相關的話題,滲透認知策略;設計多樣化的活動,引導學生體驗、交流,實現交際策略。

促使學生對于時間的合理安排,喚起學生對生命的意義的理解,要珍惜時間做一些有意義的事情,無論是平時上學時間,周末時間,或寒暑假的時間,都要好好利用。

六、 教學重點:
1.讓學生掌握用past和to 的逆讀法來表達時間,掌握quarter和half 的使用方法。
2.學習并記憶更多描述日常生活的動詞短語及目標語言。
3.用所學詞匯及句型談論自己和詢問他人的日常作息習慣,懂得第三人稱單數的運用。
七、 教學難點:
1.讓學生靈活運用past和to 的逆讀法來表達時間,能清晰區分past和to 的運用和quarter和half 的使用方法。
2.掌握運用本節課所學習的一些日常活動的表達方式。學生在真實語境中使用目標詞匯、句型進行交流,特別是第三人稱單數的運用。
