教學設計
一、教材分析
本單元的SectionB部分側重同情和關愛。SectionB部分的1a--1e活動側重于短語動詞的學習和聽說技能的訓練。1a---1b活動不僅輸入了新的短語動詞,還通過比較句意相同的句子來訓練學生的推理能力,讓他們讀懂新詞匯并能運用已知的英語語言來解釋新詞匯。1c---1d活動的目的在于讓學生通過聽來獲取信息。隨后,學生要在此基礎上進行信息加工,完成1e的語言輸出活動。在情感上,教育和培養學生對他人表示關愛,教師可引導學生討論如何將廢棄物品修理,改裝,提供給其他需要幫助的人。 二、學情分析 (Analysis the students)
本課的話題是“Bike boy---Jimmy”,學生對這個話題比較感興趣,也樂于交談。八年級學生對英語有了一定的了解,能夠根據老師要求較好地完成單詞的認讀和對話的操練,基礎比較好的學生能夠輕松掌握所學知識,并能靈活運用,而基礎較弱的學生基礎知識掌握不扎實,語言運用能力差,因而對英語不感興趣,很難開口講英語。要讓學生在具體的環境中,在不斷的啟發下有效地學習,學習興趣的激發和樹立學習信心是很重要的。因此,根據學生的結構特點我創造有趣的教學情景和設計難易適宜的任務,讓全班學生都能參與到活動中來,創造更多的機會讓他們說英語,通過小組合作學習降低學習難度,使他們體驗成功的喜悅。 三、教學任務分析 【Teaching Goals】 1. 結合學生自身和教材內容的特點,本課時采取小組合作、自主探究的學習方法,創設學生感興趣的情景,設計一系列探索活動,鼓勵學生大膽表達,動手操作等過程,探索解決問題的方法。課堂教學中注重對學生探究能力和自主學習能力的培養,真正體現學生在課堂上中的主體地位,使學生成為學習的主人。 五、教學過程分析 (一)Lead-in 1.Greet the students 2.Warming up

出示志愿者進行義務幫助別人的圖片,通過詢問他們一些問題來引導學生們了解社會上一些志愿們進行的活動。引導他們用所學知識初步說出提供幫助的句子。為下一步的學習做了鋪墊。
