一．Teaching Analysis
本節課教學內容為PEP小學英語四年級下冊 Unit 3 Weather part A Let’s learn and Let’s chant. 這一單元的主要教學內容是學習形容天氣的英語表達, 本課時通過天氣預報員預報中國幾大城市的氣溫和天氣狀況，學習運用warm coldcoolhot這些形容詞來表達天氣情況。本課時的單詞對多數學生來說并不難，個別同學通過自學就已經掌握了一些重點單詞，就是weather report對他們來說有些難度，而且運用方面還不夠熟練。
二．Teaching Aims
a. 能夠聽、說、認讀單詞hot, cold, warm, cool, weather。
b. 能夠熟練運用句型It’s warm/cool/hot/cold in Beijing/…來介紹不同地方的天氣特征。 c. 培養學生自主學習的能力和合作精神。
三．Teaching Key Points and Difficulties
1. 重點：能聽、說、認讀單詞weather , warm , cold , hot , cool。
2. 難點：運用新學的單詞和句型模擬天氣預報。 四．Teaching Aids ：多媒體 五．Teaching Procedures Step1. Warm-up
1. Greeting.

1. Lead-in 哆啦A夢 fly to Harbin.It’s very clod. 2. Learn the new word—weather.
a. 利用學過的單詞father, mother, brother來學習單詞weather的發音。 b. 注意“ea”和“th”的發音。
3. Learn the English names of the four cities: Harbin, Beijing, Lhasa, Hong Kong 4. Learn the new word---cold. a． 利用拼讀法來學習單詞cold。
b. 滲入語音教學。 延伸到其他有相同語音組合的生詞：old, told, fold.。 c. 利用chant里面的句型進行單詞操練。 d．呈現句子 It’s cold in Harbin today. 5. Learn the new word---warm a．利用拼讀法來學習單詞warm。
b. 滲入語音教學。延伸到其他有相同語音組合的生詞：war, ward, sward。 c. 利用chant里面的句型進行單詞操練。 d．呈現句子 It’s warm in Beijing today. 6. Learn the new word---cool. a. 利用拼讀法來學習單詞cool。
b. 利用“酷兒飲料”標記來加深學生對cool 的發音的印象，以此來幫助學生記憶。
c. 滲入語音教學。延伸到其他有相同語音組合的單詞：school, pool, fool。 d．呈現句子 It’s cool in Lhasa today. 7. Learn the new word---hot . a. 利用拼讀法來學習單詞 hot。
b. 呈現 hot dog 來幫助學生記憶單詞，以及鞏固hot的發音。 c. 利用chant里面的句型進行單詞操練。 d．呈現句子 It’s hot in Hong Kong today. 8. 完整呈現句子（復習小結）。 a. 看圖填空。 b. 全部朗讀。 c. 自讀
