UNIT 2 CLONING TEACHINGDESIGN (教學(xué)設(shè)計)
一、Teaching goals (教學(xué)目標) 1.skill goals (技能目標)
Know the basic knowledge about cloning(了解克隆的基本知識)
Know something about Dolly the sheep and the arguments about cloning(了解克隆羊Dolly以及關(guān)于克隆的不同見解) 2. emotional aims:(情感目標) Get the students to be aware of cloning ;meanwhile get them to form their own opinions and treat cloning in a reasonable attitude.(使學(xué)生對克隆有正確的認識,同時形成自己的觀點并且要用理性的態(tài)度看待克隆。) 3.a(chǎn)bility goals(能力目標)
a.Help students improve the ability of getting detailed information and summary.(課堂反饋與學(xué)生互動的能力;依據(jù)課文線索搜尋具體信息并總結(jié)) b.Help students learn to express their opinions.(敢于表達自己觀點的能力)
c.Let the students pack up the information by themselves.(獨立整理信息的能力)

Show the students some real plants and get to the topic:cloning. Step 2: warming up
Show the students four pictures and let them tell which ones are natural cloning and which man-made. Step 3: reading

1.Two students act as the characters in the the cartoon. 2.Simple lead to the next topic.
Step 5: Discussion: Are you for or against cloning? 1.Divide the students into different groups and give them time to discuss. 2.Let the students report their opinions. 3.The teacher makes a conclusion.
4.A transitional question:Do you hope to be cloned? Step 6:Emotional aim: Everyone is unique. A short passage “Everyone is unique” 1.The students read it together.
2.It’s a good opportunity to inspire the students to strive for their future and cherish every moment and cherish life. Step 7: A brief summary. Step 8:Appreciation

b.Translate the short passage. 五、教學(xué)反思
(一)通過本課教學(xué),我有如下幾點反思:
1、結(jié)合生物學(xué)科進度,點燃學(xué)生對cloning克隆的興趣;體會學(xué)科間融會貫通、
相互銜接促進的巨大實用意義。 備課前,了解學(xué)生對克隆的認識與知識儲備,得知生物學(xué)科正好同步講了“克隆”,我頓時輕松了許多。在學(xué)生了解課文主題“克隆”這個專業(yè)知識的基礎(chǔ)上,進行英文講解、學(xué)習(xí),既能極大地調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)欲望與興趣,又能更利于學(xué)生的吸收,促進學(xué)習(xí)效率。我深深體會到學(xué)科間融會貫通、相互銜接促進的巨大實用意義。
2.創(chuàng)設(shè)環(huán)節(jié)情景,給學(xué)生提供盡可能的參與課堂活動和展現(xiàn)自我的機會。
學(xué)生充分參與形式多樣的學(xué)習(xí)情景活動,并大膽展示其學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果,調(diào)到了學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)積極性和主動性。
3.“寓教于樂”促進理解并形成觀點。
借助實物導(dǎo)課,抓住學(xué)生注意力,引起學(xué)生的興趣,使其自然順利地進入課堂氛圍,為后面的深入了解做好鋪墊。授課中采用先分后總的方法,通過多樣化的課堂練習(xí)鞏固學(xué)生對課文內(nèi)容的理解,在理解的基礎(chǔ)上展開討論,幫助學(xué)生最終形成自己的觀點。讓學(xué)生在輕松、愉悅、民主的氛圍中,獲取知識,整個教學(xué)遵循“寓教于樂”的原則展開。 4.銜接高考。
結(jié)合課堂問題的設(shè)置,將閱讀理解的具體方法、巧妙技巧滲透其中,促進高二年級學(xué)生的閱讀理解能力,與高考自然銜接。 (二) 今后指導(dǎo)
1.課堂思路設(shè)計一定要符合學(xué)生實際能力,達到在有效課堂時間內(nèi)充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生潛能,盡量讓不同層次學(xué)生都有所收獲,既全體進步,又促進學(xué)生個性發(fā)展,進而有效地實現(xiàn)教學(xué)目的。
2.課堂形式的設(shè)計應(yīng)該更科學(xué)化,既能有效充實課堂內(nèi)容,又能幫助學(xué)生高效獲得知識。而不至于因為多媒體的應(yīng)用干擾了學(xué)生的思維,影響了學(xué)生注意力的集中程度。因此,必須定準每堂課的教學(xué)目標,有針對性的運用多媒體。對于多媒體與課堂教學(xué)的整合應(yīng)在不斷的實踐中,不斷完善,使課堂教學(xué)更合理、更科學(xué)、更高效。
