教學目標

2學情分析
本節課是本單元的第三課時。在前兩個課時中,學生們已經學習了一系列形容動物的形容詞以及如何表達對動物的喜愛的句型。綜合前期學生的學習情況來看,他們對于基本詞匯和核心句型的掌握還是不錯的,能較熟練的運用核心句型進行對話練習,但是也有少部分同學存在個別單詞發音不準和句型使用不恰當的現象。本節課相較于前幾個課時而言,是句型的聽說深化訓練,相信在豐富的教學資源的幫助下,學生們只要多加練習,一定可以提升他們的聽說能力。

活動1【講授】Unit 5 Why do you like pandas
Teaching Procedures:
Step 1. Greetings and Review
1.Greet the whole class as usual.
2.Review some important points of last period.
3.Get Ss to do Whisper Game.
Step 2 New words
Show Ss some pictures to teach new words.
Step 3 1a
1.Lead Ss to read through the instructions .
2.Ask Ss to finish it.
3.Check their answers.
Step 4 Practice 1
Give Ss some pictures and some description words and ask them to make sentences using the target language.
Step 5 1b
1.Read the instructions first.
2.Get Ss to listen to the recording and finish the task.
3.Check their answers.
Step 6 1c
1.Read the instructions first.
2.Get Ss to listen again and finish the task.
3.Check their answers and ask Ss to repeat it .
Step 7 1d
1.Read the instructions first.
2.Ask Ss to do the pairwork , and then invite some pairs to show their conversations.
Step 8 Practice 2
Ask Ss to choose their favorite animal and finish the task.
Step 9 Summary
Summarize it in class.
Step 10 Video show
Give Ss some exercises to finish, and then check their answers. ( If time permits.)
