本課來自人教版新目標英語Go for it! 八年級上冊第八單元Can you make a banana milk shake?話題是cooking。采用任務型教學方式,在情境中幫助學生循序漸進地學習語言知識,發展語言的運用能力。在培養學生綜合運用語言的同時,注重培養學生的學習策略,發展學生的合作能力和創新能力,提高學生的文化意識及人文素養,從而全面提高學生的綜合素質。 學情分析:
授課班級是八年級(7)班,本班英語平均成績在年級中相對落后,兩級分化嚴重,基礎知識比較薄弱。因此在授課時教師充分考慮了大部分學生的實際情況,積極為學生一層一層地搭建起寫作的腳手架。由動詞短語的練習,到順序詞的使用,再到云南米線制作過程的復述,最后過渡到寧夏羊肉臊子面及清燉土雞的寫作,由簡到難,由線到面,螺旋上升。在授課過程中學法指導,利于學生更好地掌握學習方法,提高學習效率。小組合作學習有利于小組成員相互學習,取長補短,更好地內化所學內容,也在一定程度上降低了知識難度。

Play a video and ask the Ss to answer the questions. 1. What food can you see in the video? 2. What do we need to make this kind of food? Step 2: Pre-writing
Read a recipe of Yunnan Rice Noodles and finish the exercises. 1. Circle the verbs in the process.
