Unit8 How do you make banana milk shake. 單元復習教學設計簡案
一、教學目標與要求： 1、語言知識：
1）復習掌握本單元的重點單詞，如：sugar, cheese, popcorn , corn, lettuce... 2）掌握正確用how much和how many對事物的數量進行提問； 2、語言技能：
1) 學生們能夠熟練運用所學的知識，來正確描述做簡單食物的過程； 2）學生能正確運用表示順序的詞來表達事情發展的步驟和順序。 3、文化意識
1）了解西方節日飲食文化，理解國際節日飲食文化中的不同，同時也明白到彼此之間的相同點——團圓。
2）通過制作食物的介紹, 培養學生的實際生活能力, 了解生活知識, 增長生活閱歷。 4、情感態度：
1）學生們能通過美國的節日傳統食物的了解，聯想到自己的家鄉風味小吃，激發對家鄉的熱愛。
2）學生們理解和感悟到“East or west, home food is the best!”。 二、教學重難點 1. 教學重點：
1) 復習鞏固本單元所學的生詞和詞組，達到熟練運用的目標。 2) 正確運用表示順序的詞。
3）能夠熟練運用所學的知識，來正確描述做簡單食物的過程。 2. 教學難點：
1) 分清可數名詞與不可數名詞，會用數量詞來計量一些不可數名詞。 2) 正確用how much和how many對事物的數量進行提問。 3）描述做簡單食物的過程。
三、教學步驟： Step 1: Warm Up
1）Sang a Christmas song.
2）Greeting：Wish all the students a Merry Christmas and a happy new year!
(設計意圖：讓學生盡快進入學習狀態，營造良好的課堂氣氛。思維著力點：)
Step 2: Presentation
1） 導入情景：My friend Jana is alone in China. Christmas is coming. She starts to miss her family. Invite students to help to cheer her up.（運用預先錄制的視頻，與Jana進行現場的模擬對話）
2） 引出任務：Suggestion: Let’s have a party for her. First, we need to buy some food and ingredients; Then, we need to make some traditional food; Next, make some Chinese food;
Finally, enjoy the party and give our thanks to our friends and family.
(設計意圖：設計具體的情景，讓學生在接近真實的情景中運用本單元中學過的單詞、短語和句型)
Step 3: Word revision---Let’s buy!
1）Activity1: Let’s buy something to drink and eat, and some ingredients.
2) Activity2: Put the right things into the right baskets. (區別可數名詞和不可數名詞以及How many 和how much的用法）
(設計意圖：嘗試從意、義、到形的活動練習，融詞匯教學于游戲活動當中，激發學生的學習積極性及興趣)
Step 4: Sentence pattern Revision---Let’s make!
Go over the process of making turkey by filling blanks of an article.
(設計意圖：鞏固已學的動詞短語，激發已知的知識圖式，為以下的拓展活動鋪墊好基礎)
Step5: Expending exercises
1) Watch a video about how to make an American apple pie, and answer: What kind of ingredients do we need to make an apple pie?
2) Check the answers and go over the main steps of making a pie. 3) Review the three steps by listening and group working.
(設計意圖：把已學的知識融入到現實生活情景中，使得知識再次重現和被使用，從而達到語言知識的語用作用)
Step 5: Create their own Chinese food recipe.

Step 6: Homework: Make a dish following your recipe for your family! (設計意圖：在真實的情境中，鞏固并延伸本節課所學內容)
