一、教材分析
本模塊Unit2的課文講述了一個甜美的微笑改變了作者的生活的感人故事，說明了友誼的重要性。本單元的寫作部分要求學生在學習課文的基礎上學會分析文章結構，能夠敘述發生在自己身上的難忘的故事。
二、學情分析
本單元的主題是友誼，學生對友誼這個話題應該比較感興趣，且作為實驗班的學生，學到初二年級，他們已經積累了一定的詞匯量和美句，所以，學生基本上能運用所學的寫作技巧用英文進行書面表達。 三、教學目標
1. To learn how to write a complete and good composition. 2. Learn to write a passage about friendship. 四、重難點
Key point: to be familiar with the text in Module9 Unit2& to learn how to write a passage about someone or something changed one’s life
Possible difficulty: the students can’t decide what to write in class. 五、教學策略 Task-based Teaching Method 六、教學過程 教師活動 學生活動 設計意圖 Step 1 Lead-in
1. Show a song Auld Lang Syne.
1. Enjoy the song. Arouse the students’ interest. 2. Ask something about the students’ friends. 2.Think about some adjectives to describe friends. Be familiar with some adjectives which are related to looking &characters. Step 2 Pre-writing
1. Ask the students to do Pair work 1. Ask and answer questions about their friends. Warm up & Get ready for the students’ writing. 2. Revise the text, answer the questions.
2. Revise &answer Be familiar with the text. 3. Retell the text and teach how to write a complete passage. 3.Try to retell the text Be familiar with the text and learn the structure of a passage. 4.Show an example passage 4.Listen to the teacher’s reading
