本課是小學(xué)英語(yǔ)五年級(jí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容，通過(guò)本課的學(xué)習(xí)，要求學(xué)生能夠在語(yǔ)境中運(yùn)用本單元的核心詞匯。能用情態(tài)動(dòng)詞must來(lái)表達(dá)必須要做或禁止做的事情。了解有關(guān)火的一些常識(shí)，注意防火安全。在生活交際中能學(xué)以致用。教師給學(xué)生提供了大量與本課所學(xué)內(nèi)容相關(guān)的視聽(tīng)情境，學(xué)生在教師的引導(dǎo)下，進(jìn)行自主學(xué)習(xí)和合作學(xué)習(xí)，提高口語(yǔ)交際能力和語(yǔ)言綜合運(yùn)用能力。

T：After watching the video, we see that fire burns down a lot of trees and hurts many people.
So fire is very dangerous, we must be careful with fire. Today we’ll talk about fire safety.
2、T：Where can fire start?
Ask Ss to talk about some places. T: The fire can start many places, It can start everywhere. So we must be careful with fire.
3、 T：Why can fire start?
What must we do? What mustn’t we do?
T: For fire safety, we must do many things, we mustn’t do many thing.
Greet with teacher. Look at the screen, Watch the video. Look at the pictures.
It’s Mother’s Day.
Ss read them after the

通過(guò)近期發(fā)生在加利福利亞的一場(chǎng)大火的視頻，強(qiáng)烈的視覺(jué)沖擊讓學(xué)生感受到火災(zāi)的可怕和給人們生活帶來(lái)的災(zāi)難。
利用多媒體課件創(chuàng)設(shè)情境，觀看火災(zāi)視頻后，強(qiáng)烈感受到防火的重要性，自然提示課題：Fire
Safety.
教師請(qǐng)學(xué)生列舉火災(zāi)發(fā)生的地點(diǎn)，思考火災(zāi)發(fā)生的原因，正確使用情態(tài)動(dòng)
詞must來(lái)表達(dá)必須要做或禁止做的事情。
