教學目標
1、知識目標:
(1)掌握四會單詞airplane(plane),train, fast, slow, faster, slower.
(2)聽懂、會說句型____ is faster(slower) than ____.并能在實際情境中進行運用。
2、能力目標:
能夠正確運用本課單詞及比較級句型表達事物的快慢。
3、情感目標:
培養學生小組合作中互幫互助的競爭意識。
2學情分析
按照上面的教學思路,結合本套教材的教學特點,根據現代英語教學理論,體現學生主體,關注個性差異,讓每個學生在自己原有的水平上都有進步,形成適合自己的學習策略;開發個性潛能,使每個學生在英語學習中都能發現自己個性才能發揮的領域和成功點。我們倡導建構式的學習,努力運用學生主動參與、感知體驗、探究發現、交流合作等學習方式,讓學生在語言實際運用中感受成功的喜悅,調整學習英語的情感和策略,熟練語言技能,發展語言能力,使課堂真正形成“樂說”“會說”“能交際”的氛圍。

4.1第一學時
4.1.1新設計
Step 1、Class opening and review 1. Greet: Hello,hi。How are you today? How’s the weather today? 2. Sing a song :“The wheels on the bus ” 3. Review:(出示課件復習交通工具單詞)a bus、a bicycle、a car、a truck、a taxi. (設計意圖:通過一首有關汽車的歌曲,師生一起表演唱歌,體現師生共同參與,親如朋友的和諧氣氛。這樣的熱身活動,既親切活潑,又適合四年級學生年齡小的特點,渲染了英語課的學習氣氛。)Step 2、New concepts 1.(利用課件引出新授詞匯)airplane、train。(教學airplane, plane, 向學生介紹飛機的兩種寫法) 板書:airplane, train.進一步教授 an airplane ,a train. T: (屏幕出示一幅圖片)Look, this is my friend Lily. She wants to go on a trip to Canada. How can she go to Canada? By bicycle/ bus/ truck? S: No. T: Canada is far from China. A bicycle is slow. A bus is slow. (板書并領讀)She can go there by airplane. An airplane is fast. (板書并領讀) T: I want to go to Beijing on Children’s Day. May I go there by bicycle? S: No. T: How can I go to Beijing? S: By car. T: But I don’t have a car. S: By airplane. T: Oh. The airplane is fast, but I don’t have enough money to take an airplane.I think I can go there by train. The train is fasterthan the bus, and cheaper than the airplane. The train is just right for me. 2.游戲:“交通工具運動會”(學生觀看課件) T:Look the picture。Think about this question 。Which is first?Which is last? S:…… T:Yes!Airplane is fast。Bus is slow。 板書:fast slow 設計意圖:通過游戲,能把學生大腦中的所有記憶調動起來,這樣就等于把知識又復現了一次,加深了記憶,增強了知識的趣味性,同時也提高了學生的學習興趣。 3.比賽:T:Students,Let‘s have a test!(比賽貫穿整堂課,以小隊為單位,以擂臺賽的形式進行本堂教學活動) 設計意圖:在學生自主學習過程中,教師充當指導、助手的作用,讓學生在自主學習中感受到獲取知識的快樂。 4.(出示三種交通工具比賽的畫面)學生利用比較級的句型結構描述畫面。其句型為: is faster than . (板書) is slower than . 5.鞏固練習:(出示課件)學生根據課件所出示的圖畫,用英語對其進行比較表述。 6.(學生戴耳麥操作計算機找到課文課件)Listen to the audiotape and follow。自主學習本課課文,教師巡視指導。 7. 創設情景:“小小旅行者” T:I want to go on a trip,but I don‘t know I want to go. Who can help me? 板書:Let‘go to the by . S:…… 8.小組合作游戲:“旅行者”(學生實際操作電腦課件)
