教材分析:本課的主要內容就是關于珍惜動物——熊貓的閱讀教學,首先通過跳讀來提高學生的快速閱讀能力,對課文達到基本的了解。在對課文表層理解的基礎上,要求學生對課文進行詳細閱讀。這時,教師可設計多種形式的問題來檢查學生對課文的理解程度。再讓學生進行細讀,詳細閱讀是課文教學的重要環節,是學生了解掌握課文內容的關鍵。在學生回答各種問題的基礎上,要求學生對每個段落進行分析,分析每個段落的主旨大意。鼓勵學生根據上下文去推測去理解以培養他們獨立閱讀的能力。 教學目標:
1. Improve the reading skills.
2. Master the reading skill of scanning.
3. Know about the features and habits of pandas and generate the ideas to protect the rare animals. 教學內容:
1. New words: bamboo, research, awake, excitement, illness, adult, wild, government
2. Important notes: baby pandas, adult pandas, panda keepers, run over to, with excitement, fall over, play with, take care of, every two years, spend’’’doing, cut down, send…to…, in the future
3. Understanding the reading the article. 重點難點:
1. To improve the reading skills. 2. New words and expressions. 情感教育:
Educate the students to think of some ways to protect pandas and the other animals. Step 1 Lead-in
1. Do you like animals? What animals do you like? 2. Do you like pandas? Say something about pandas. 3. Enjoy a video of pandas. Step 2 Scanning
1. Scan the passage to find out the information about the numbers: 10, 12, 300, 2000
2. Scan the passage again to answer the questions in 2c. Step 3 Detail reading
