教學目標：
語言知識：1、語音：能準確地讀出所學單詞；能夠用正確的語調朗讀對話并 注意
停頓和連讀；能夠識別/ɔ:/ / u: // əʊ /發音上的區別。
2、單詞：能根據圖、文、物說出單詞lemon,bean,carrot,wine,并能正確拼讀。能正確朗讀單詞tofu,main course,dessert,wine,have a seat.并知其大意。
3、功能：點餐、接單、用餐等表達，如：
Could I order a meal by phone? Sure .What would you like? Make I take your order?
語言技能：1、聽：能聽懂顧客和服務員之間的日常對話并完成相關任務；能聽懂本課所學新單詞，并能根據到聽的詞語識別或指認圖片或實物；能聽懂課堂上簡單的課堂用語并做出相應的反應。
2、說：能根據圖、文、實物說出本課的單詞或短句；能在教師的指導下參與角色表演等活動；能在上述的口語活動中使用正確的語音、語調。
3、讀：能連貫、流暢地朗讀課文；能理解并解釋圖表提供的信息；能根據上下文猜測生詞和句子的意思。
4、寫：能正確書寫食物詞匯。
學習策略：1、學生認真聽錄音和老師的發音，大膽開口，反復模仿；2、能通過詞匯圖、聯想、映像等策略記憶詞匯；3、在學習中積極思考，主動探究，關于發現語言的規律并舉一反三。
情感態度：1、培養學生學習英語的興趣，采用游戲，角色扮演等靈活多樣的授課形式，激發學生的好奇心和求知欲；2、培養學生學好英語的信心，鼓勵學生積極大膽，敢于模仿，克服不愿或羞于開口的心理；3、教育學生養成良好的飲食習慣從而保持身體健康。
教學重難點：黑體詞匯lemon,bean,carrot,wine；點餐、接單、用餐等表達， Could I order a meal by phone?Sure .What would you like?
Make I take your order？That’s all.重要短語order by phone,have a seat, send ...to...,in+時間。
