學(xué)情分析: 八年級(jí)的學(xué)生的學(xué)生經(jīng)過(guò)一年的學(xué)習(xí),有了一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力,初步形成合作探究意識(shí)。本課教材貼近生活,只要鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生使用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)信息,他們也能將知識(shí)運(yùn)用于實(shí)際交流之中。例如,在學(xué)習(xí)了上一課之后,學(xué)生已經(jīng)學(xué)會(huì)使用---May I take your order? ---I’d like Beijing Roast Duck.
以及Anything else? ---That’s all. 進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的點(diǎn)餐和回答。
但很多同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)不扎實(shí),所以我調(diào)整了聽(tīng)力任務(wù),從掌握聽(tīng)力材料的大意,過(guò)渡到聽(tīng)細(xì)節(jié)題目。并且在聽(tīng)完之后讓他們小組互幫互助,在學(xué)生的相互交流中,進(jìn)一步提升他們的英語(yǔ)能力。
教學(xué)目標(biāo):
知識(shí)與技能:
1. 知識(shí)目標(biāo):
學(xué)習(xí)新單詞: main course, bean, carrot, dessert, lemon ,wine 學(xué)會(huì)正確使用就餐語(yǔ)言: ---What would you like? --- I’d like fried rice. 2. 技能目標(biāo):
(1)能聽(tīng)懂有關(guān)訂餐和就餐的對(duì)話,識(shí)別主題,并獲取主要信息。
(2)能在教師的指導(dǎo)下參與角色扮演有關(guān)訂餐和就餐的對(duì)話。 過(guò)程與方法:
在語(yǔ)境中借助思維導(dǎo)圖學(xué)習(xí)食物新單詞,符合學(xué)生的認(rèn)知規(guī)律。
在能聽(tīng)懂關(guān)于訂餐、就餐的對(duì)話后,自編對(duì)話運(yùn)用到生活實(shí)際中去。
情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀: 有學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的愿望和興趣,樂(lè)于參與各種英語(yǔ)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。
教學(xué)重點(diǎn):
(1)繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)在餐館的就餐用語(yǔ)。
(2)學(xué)習(xí)打電話訂餐。
教學(xué)難點(diǎn): 能利用所學(xué)語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行訂餐和就餐的對(duì)話。

老師通過(guò)上周學(xué)校舉辦六一美食節(jié)的場(chǎng)景,導(dǎo)入本課。
Remark:這一環(huán)節(jié)的目的是結(jié)合學(xué)生的生活實(shí)際創(chuàng)造學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的氛圍并使學(xué)生靜下心來(lái),開(kāi)始新的學(xué)習(xí)。

老師通過(guò)提問(wèn),進(jìn)一步檢測(cè)學(xué)生的掌握情況。

首先,聽(tīng)第一遍錄音,讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)概括對(duì)話的大意。
