Unit 11 How was your school trip?
Section B 1a-1d 教學設計
教學目標: 1. 語言知識目標:
1) 掌握基本詞匯及短語:museum, fire, countryside, ride a horse, go to the countryside, climb a
mountain, go to the zoo, visit a museum, visit a fire station, go fishing, go to an art museum, see some paintings, draw pictures等。 2) 復習鞏固基本句型:
---How was Jane’s school trip? ---It was great/terrible/….
---What did Tony do on his last school trip?
---He went fishing/climbed a mountain/rode a horse/saw some paintings/…. 3) 情感目標:合理利用節假日時間,多參加有益身心健康的戶外郊游活動。 新設計:
本節課我設計了多種活動環節,如:記憶游戲、講故事、猜測游戲、有節奏的說唱、采訪表演等,既能夠讓學生熟練掌握本課時的動詞短語,又能提高學生的積極性。
學情分析:
本節課為一節聽說復習課,主要通過聽說活動談論過去的事情。學生在已學了Section A 的be動詞和行為動詞的過去式的各種句型的基礎下,對一般過去時態已有了初步掌握,能夠簡單應用一般過去時態。本課時繼續學習一般過去時態,采取聽力訓練、有節奏的說唱、講故事、做采訪表演等多種教學活動鞏固所學知識,同時提高解決問題的能力及綜合運用語言的能力。
教學重點難點:
1)與戶外郊游相關的動詞短語。
2)正確運用一般過去時態,并熟練掌握動詞的過去式。
教學過程:
Step 1 Greeting
1. Greet the students and ask them: What do you usually do in your free time?
2. Tell students I like to go on a trip in my free time then show some pictures that I took on my
last school trip. 設計意圖:通過問候學生和提問,為本課話題做好鋪墊。
Step 2 Lead in
1. Show a picture of the cartoon character whose name is XiongEr. Lead in the new phrases by
playing a game: I can remember. Let students watch some photos and remember what XiongEr did on his last school trip.
2. After watching the pictures, ask the students to repeat what they can memorize as much as
possible. 設計意圖:通過引入學生感興趣的動畫人物:熊二,以及利用記憶游戲,提升學生的學習興趣。
Step 3 Presentation
Teach new phrases with the pictures about the school trip in Step 2. For example: ride a horse, go to the zoo, visit a museum, climb a mountain, visit a fire station, go fishing. 設計意圖:教授本課時重點目標短語,為下一步的圖詞配對作鋪墊。
Step 4 Consolidation
1. Finish Activity 1a: Match the pictures with the activities.
2. Ask students to role play XiongEr and tell a story about XiongEr’s last school trip with the
pictures in Activity 1a. 設計意圖:通過扮演熊二講故事環節,鞏固活動1a中的短語及其過去式。
Step 5 Guessing game and chant
1. Show some other pictures that are covered a part and ask the students to guess what else
XiongEr did on his school trip. Use the sentence pattern: Did he …?
2. Show the right answers to the students and teach the new phrases in Activity 1c, such as: went
to the countryside, saw some paintings, went to an art museum, drew pictures.
3. Summarize the phrases that have been learned with a chant, let the students practice the chant. 設計意圖:通過猜測游戲提高學生的學習積極性和趣味性,之后的chant既是對本課時所有的動詞過去式的總結,又能使學生在有節奏的說唱中容易地掌握動詞過去式。 Step 6 Listening practice
1. Show a picture of Tony and Jane, and ask the students to listen and finish Activity 1b.
2. Listen again and finish Activity 1c.
3. Ask the students to make a report about Tony’s or Jane’s last school trip according to the chart
in 1c. 設計意圖:通過聽力訓練加強學生對重點短語和句型的掌握,之后的聽力匯報更加夯實學生對過去式的掌握程度。
Step 7Group work: role play
1. Ask the students role play an interview about their last school trip. One role plays the reporter
from CCTV and others play a part of the travelers. Make the interview with the questions given on the learning paper. 2. Act out the interview in class.
設計意圖:通過角色扮演的采訪活動進一步鞏固學生的口頭表達能力和對本課時重點短語和句型的口頭運用能力。
Step 8 Writing practice
1. Let the students write an article about their last school trip according to the interview in Step 5. 2. Ask some students to share their articles in front of the class. 3. Moral teaching: Life is a trip, enjoy your trip, enjoy your life.
設計意圖:通過書面表達環節將本課所學知識落實到書面上,達到聽、說、讀、寫的最后一步“寫”的教學目的,之后的“享受生活”短句則是對學生情感態度價值觀的培養。 Step 9 Homework
Write something about your friend’s last school trip with the help of the questions given. 設計意圖:繼續提升和鞏固學生對本課時所學習的有關郊游的重點短語和一般過去時態的綜合運用能力。
